Subject: Assistance Needed Regarding Cancelled Flight Reimbursement I am seeking assistance regarding a cancelled flight on July 10, [redacted], for my return trip from Toronto to Bogota, Colombia booked through FlightHub. The original booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and the return carrier was Interjet with flight numbers [redacted] (Bogota to Mexico City) and [redacted] (Mexico City to Toronto). The Interjet airline confirmation for the return flight is N9NU8Z, scheduled for March 24, [redacted]. Due to Covid, Interjet cancelled our flight without notice, prompting us to find an alternative flight back to Canada. Our insurance company requires documentation from FlightHub stating the travel arrangements were non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credit was issued. I am unable to contact FlightHub for this necessary documentation. The FlightHub Booking Number on record is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] under "My bookings" on the FlightHub website, with a total booking cost of $[redacted].36. I traveled to Whitehorse on specific dates for convenience and cost savings. While waiting for my return flight, I received a notification from FlightHub about a flight schedule change. After scheduling a callback, FlightHub informed me they couldn't assist until 48 hours later. I later discovered on the airline's website that my connecting flight had a time change, making it impossible to reach my final destination. Air Canada advised me to contact FlightHub for changes without extra fees. However, I struggled to find FlightHub's contact number and received no helpful information. Despite several callbacks, the assistance was ineffective, with one call taking over 55 minutes. A recent unpleasant conversation with a FlightHub representative led me to believe they were trying to charge me extra for a new return ticket. Air Canada intervened, confirming FlightHub's poor service reputation and helped me amend my ticket without extra costs. I am dissatisfied with FlightHub and will not use their services again, recommending they be shut down due to incompetence and potential unethical conduct.

I have been attempting to receive a refund from Flight Hub since last April due to travel restrictions caused by the ongoing pandemic. After speaking with a West Jet representative who directed me to Flight Hub for the refund request, I have faced multiple challenges. Despite numerous call back requests and speaking to various representatives, I have not been able to reach a supervisor or manager to assist with processing my refund. Each time I try to address my situation, I face long wait times on the phone, disconnections, and unfulfilled promises of callbacks. My attempts to escalate the issue have been unsuccessful, and I am frustrated with the lack of progress. I am left feeling uncertain about whether I will ever receive the refund I am entitled to.

I made a flight reservation on March 3, [redacted] through FlightHub with British Airways. I applied for a travel voucher from British Airways more than 72 hours before my flight as instructed. Despite receiving a confirmation email that my voucher request was being processed, I have not received it after several months. After speaking with British Airways representatives who explained that the voucher would need to be processed through FlightHub, I submitted a flight cancellation and refund request with FlightHub. However, I am unsure if I am eligible for a refund or credit, and I am concerned about the time it might take to receive a resolution. I am seeking advice on the best course of action and any additional information that may help me in this situation.

My name is Marcus Petreman and my booking number is [redacted]. My return trip with Cathay Pacific from WGU to C4N has had a change. Unfortunately, the second leg of my journey from Hong Kong to Vancouver, Canada on Feb 21 has now been cancelled. This has impacted my Covid test scheduling as I've had to adjust it twice already. I am suggesting you consider rebooking me on Japan Airlines for an 8:05 am flight on Feb 21 and providing a partial refund for the cancelled Cathay Pacific leg. I have been in contact with an agent regarding my bookings, [redacted]62 and [redacted]82. The first booking was canceled within 24 hours, and I am waiting for a refund. The second booking was also canceled, and I am expecting a voucher. However, when I check the website, both bookings show as if I flew on the airlines. I have tried to reach FlightHub more than 50 times but can't find a way to speak with an agent. These bookings date back to October [redacted], and I am frustrated that I can't speak with a human to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a contact number to discuss my refund and voucher. I have not heard from FlightHub since January 21st and need an update on my refund and voucher status. The airlines have directed me to your company to resolve the matter, but I am finding it challenging to get in touch with anyone at FlightHub.

Hi, I am writing about my ticket booked to Amsterdam for June 10, [redacted] with Booking Reference Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Upon reviewing my MasterCard statement recently, I noticed a $75.00 charge for cancelling my ticket. Given the current circumstances with Covid-19 preventing travel, I find this charge unreasonable. Last July 14, [redacted], my wife, Abrehet Tiku Nigusse, born on September 27, [redacted], and I purchased an air ticket with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] from Addis, Ethiopia to Vancouver, Canada. Due to the Lufthansa flight being non-operational because of COVID-19, we had to cancel our travel plans in incurring additional hotel expenses. Lufthansa suggested I contact Flighthub for the refund process. After some back and forth, Flighthub acknowledged the refund but has not provided any updates since then. After having spelled my name out four times to the booking agent, I discovered that it had been misspelled. Since this is for an international flight, it's crucial that it matches my passport precisely. I have attempted to contact them through three different phone numbers but have only reached recordings. Whenever I ask to be transferred by calling the booking line, I am assured that I will be transferred, but the call disconnects. This has happened four times now. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On April 18, [redacted], I canceled my upcoming trip on Flight Hub and received notice that they received my cancellation request for booking #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] reserved on January 30, [redacted], at 10:44 PM for a flight to Sao Paulo, Brazil (GRU) airport. Due to the rampant COVID-19 outbreak in SP, I was advised not to go on May 28, [redacted]. I was planning to celebrate my 80th birthday with my family. Flight Hub advised they were working on my cancellation, but due to technical issues at my end, we have not been able to connect. Since April 18, I have been hospitalized for lung and heart issues. After returning home on May 3, I sent a message to Flight Hub requesting an email with the status of my request. I also contacted Airlines yesterday, and they have no reservation in my name. My trips are showing confused on the Flight Hub site. Can you assist me? I have medical bills coming up and need a refund urgently. Thank you. I am seeking a refund for my flight to/from Whitehorse with booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Our trip was canceled due to COVID restrictions in Yukon. The return flight was scheduled with Air Canada. Despite Air Canada's refund policy, they directed us back to your service since we booked through you. We require a full refund as our reason for travel (to visit our son in Whitehorse) is no longer valid due to his relocation during the lockdown. Rescheduling the flight is not an option for us. I need help with my flight booking issue with Flighthub. We originally booked a flight for my wife and son from Winnipeg to the Philippines departing on April 5, [redacted], and returning on May 27, [redacted]. Due to travel restrictions, we rescheduled the flight for April 20, [redacted] but faced a cancellation by Philippine Airlines for the Hong Kong to Manila leg. Hello, I had to cancel my trip from Williams Lake, B.C. to Toronto due to Covid-19. On Dec. 21, [redacted], I received an email stating that the charges on my credit card had been reversed. The email mentioned that it could take 12-18 weeks to see the credit on my statement. However, it has been 23 weeks now, and I have not received the credit. I was charged a $25 cancellation fee, which was processed promptly on my card. Despite checking the status on the provided link, it only shows that my request has been processed. I have tried calling all the numbers associated with FlightHub, but have been unable to speak to a representative. The flight was initially for April 22, [redacted], and for months it seemed a refund was not possible until I later discovered it was. They never informed me about this change. I had a flight booked with American Airlines through FlightHub, scheduled for May 24 and returning on June 4. However, my plans changed, and I needed to cancel the trip. FlightHub processed the cancellation and refunded the ticket to my debit card. Surprisingly, I discovered two unauthorized charges from American Airlines and additional charges from FlightHub on my debit card, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. I had to cancel a flight due to Covid and was given a travel credit. I called in advance of the deadline to reschedule and spoke with a Flighthub agent about the new flight. However, due to booking restrictions, the new flight was going to be much more expensive. The agent mentioned that we could possibly get a refund even though we had nonrefundable tickets. We were told we would receive an email about this, but we have not received anything yet. Despite our efforts, we have not been able to get any updates or answers regarding the refund. Our credit card does not show any refund either. I am hoping to receive the refund request certification via email as promised by the agent and would like to know the status of my refund process.

On May 30, my partner was denied boarding due to her name not being on the passenger list. This led to a distressing situation where she was left stranded. Despite contacting the airline and speaking to various agents like Noora, Yousf, Sunshine, and Kevin, no resolution or compensation has been offered. It is now June 13, and after waiting patiently for a response, none has been received. As per the Customer Protection Act and Sales of Goods Act, the airline is obligated to address such issues promptly and responsibly. Should there be no timely resolution, I will take legal action against the airline for their negligence. This matter will also be reported to the media and the Ombudsman. We had expected better treatment from the airline, and this lack of responsibility is disappointing. Prompt communication is crucial, especially as my partner needs to fly with the same airline, Lufthansa, on July 12. She is understandably anxious following this unsettling experience.
