The service provider lost my phone number, repeatedly charged my credit card, and failed to provide the 6 months of service I paid for. Despite encountering numerous issues and spending hours on customer service calls, my 10-year-old phone number disappeared. I was without a phone for a month due to their errors, and when I finally received a new phone, it did not align with the promised unlimited plan. Despite seeking resolution, the customer service team changed my phone number without consent, disrupting my ability to communicate crucial information for a property closing. Corporate assurances of 7 months of service and follow-up were not fulfilled. Despite having evidence and witnesses, the company refused to acknowledge their errors. Now, I am pursuing arbitration and considering legal action for negligence and deceptive practices related to losing my phone number.

On February 24, [redacted], my cell phone was stolen. The service was through Walmart's monthly Family Mobile plan with the phone number [redacted]. Due to sensitive work information on the phone, I erased it using the Google Find My Phone app. Unfortunately, I can no longer track the phone. Upon visiting Walmart to replace the phone, the attendant suggested switching to T-Mobile and porting my number, [redacted], to a new T-Mobile device. However, after purchasing the T-Mobile phone and service, the attendant was unable to assist with the number transfer, advising me to try on my own. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in porting the Walmart Family Mobile number to my new T-Mobile phone, [redacted]. Walmart's customer service could not verify necessary information, even after purchasing additional service. To proceed, I purchased a new SIM card online and await its arrival for activation. I am experiencing extreme frustration as this process has been ongoing for a month, impeding my work access and causing distress with my supervisor over the delayed 2-factor authentication due to the stolen phone.

I bought a Family Mobile Walmart cell phone plan for $39.88, which includes 40GB of high-speed data, unlimited talk and text, and 10GB of hotspot for both April and March. However, I keep getting data service disconnected at 20GB. I was told that I actually purchased a plan card for 20GB at the same price, and the only solution offered was to check with the Walmart store where I bought the card. I've tried speaking with multiple customer service agents over the phone, but they won't connect me with a supervisor to address this problem. I've exhausted all other customer service avenues to resolve this Family Mobile issue, and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I purchased overnight delivery for my Sim card from Family Mobile three days ago, but it hasn't arrived. This has been a disappointing experience in our business relationship. Mutual respect and honoring commitments are crucial, especially in business transactions where services and fees are involved. I fulfilled my end of the agreement, but the service was not provided as promised. Is keeping your word no longer important? Hello support team, I purchased a mobile product from a seller on Carousell. It's a blue box labeled "Family Mobile" containing a charger and an Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 phone. The Alcatel phone was bought in the USA a few years back by the seller and is now in Singapore. However, there is an issue with the phone being locked to a specific SIM card, which is preventing me from using other SIM cards in Singapore. I have been a loyal customer of Family Mobile for many years, and a few months ago, I purchased a phone for $39.99. I have been waiting for it to be unlocked since I was told it would take 26 days, which was 2 months ago. Now, they are asking for $[redacted] to unlock it, which seems unfair given the phone's initial cost. I would appreciate it if they could unlock it for free now as a gesture of good customer service. Additionally, I am inquiring about government programs that could provide internet or Wi-Fi for my home as I am currently with Q Link but unable to use it due to the locked phone. Today is the last day I can use my phone, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I have been a long-time customer with your company. A few months back, I purchased a $39 phone at Walmart and now I am unable to get it unlocked, although it only cost $39. I need it unlocked as my free service from Q Link is expiring today, and without an unlocked phone, I can't use the SIM card. I contacted customer service, and they said it would cost $[redacted] to unlock the $39 phone, which seems unreasonable. I rely on a fixed income due to disability, and I'm struggling to understand why it's such a challenge to unlock this inexpensive phone. The service I received so far has been frustrating, and I am disappointed in how this issue has been handled.

I purchased a service plan, but I have not received it. My SIM card is locked, and my phone shows that it is not registered on any network in Miami. As a result, my phone is now unusable. I paid for the plan, but I want a refund as I no longer want to use this service. I will leave negative reviews on all platforms and contact the Better Business Bureau if necessary until I am reimbursed for the inconvenience this has caused me.

I missed a deadline, causing my line to be deactivated. I reached out on the 25th for help and used reward points to purchase a service plan, which can be confirmed by checking my rewards history in my account. Despite this, my phone remains inactive, and none of the customer service representatives I have spoken to so far have been able to help or comprehend the situation. I simply want my phone to function properly since I have already made a payment. I conducted this transaction through chat. It seems challenging to get this resolved. To simplify: please activate my phone.

I was informed that I would receive a refund for the only 2 weeks of service I have used in the past 2 months. I have not received the proper equipment. There has been a consistent issue of being hung up on while trying to resolve this matter. The representatives keep going in circles without providing a solution. My number was changed twice, even though I received a credit for 2 free months. I paid my bill but still have no service with the new number. I was promised a refund, but it has been 5-7 days and I have not received it yet.

Recently, I had an unfortunate incident where bugs attacked me at night, causing me to drop my family mobile phone and shatter the screen back in late July. My significant other kindly ordered the same model online, but it turned out to be a Straight Talk phone. Surprisingly, it works with my Sim card, and I successfully transferred all my data. I recently reactivated my service on the 18th, but since then, my husband's and my phone service has been unreliable, causing major disruptions in our daily lives. Despite contacting your customer service multiple times, I have encountered unprofessional behavior from your representatives, including being hung up on and spoken to disrespectfully. This treatment is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution from someone with better professionalism.
