I am reaching out to seek assistance in recovering/deactivating my Facebook account under the name of Nana Yaa Afriyie, which has been compromised by scammers aiming to defraud individuals in Ghana. Recently, I encountered an investment opportunity advertisement from BINOMO INVESTMENT on November 3rd, [redacted], shared by three of my Facebook friends, who are also my former classmates from nursing college. Trusting their endorsement, I inquired about the business' legitimacy and benefits, only to realize later that my friends' accounts had been hacked, and I was interacting with imposters. Upon their advice, I proceeded with the investment, unknowingly providing my Facebook credentials for confirmation. As a result, the scammers altered my primary email from [redacted] to [redacted] and changed my password. My Facebook profile can be found at www.facebook.com/nanayaa.afriyie. My Facebook account has been hacked. The person who took it changed the phone number and email, making it hard for me to recover it. They are also contacting my friends for sensitive information. I suspect my bank account has been compromised too. I want my account back. The person responsible is David Gallegos, and I am Michael Frey. I need help retrieving my account.

My account was compromised. I have been notified via email of login attempts that were not made by me. Following this, the primary email address associated with my account was changed without my consent. Despite resetting my password, I am now facing an additional barrier of a 6-digit 2-factor authentication code that is being sent via SMS, but I am not receiving these messages. It seems the phone number linked to the account has been altered as well. As an administrator of various community and city government pages tied to my personal account, I am unable to access these important profiles. Creating a new account is not a viable solution as it would leave these accounts vulnerable and without the necessary support for transitioning them to a new account.

I recently obtained a new phone and phone number. Although I know my Facebook password, I am unable to receive the security code because it's linked to my old number. My old phone number is [redacted] while my new one is [redacted]. The email linked to my account is jacob423@yahoo. I've spoken to Facebook about this, and they assured me it would be resolved, but when I attempt to login, it prompts for a security code since I'm logging in from a new device. Hello Facebook Team, I believe there has been a mistake in disabling my account as I have not breached any of the Facebook terms or guidelines set by the administration. I kindly ask for a review of my account and for it to be reinstated promptly. I heavily rely on it for studying, work, and keeping in touch with friends. I currently have two Facebook accounts. One was created a while back specifically for selling on the marketplace. When I recently opened my Facebook app, it only allows me to access my secondary account. My main account shows up as a friend, but I cannot interact with it. I have attempted to seek help, reset my password, and tried various solutions for weeks without success. I am unable to log into my main account. I am hesitant to delete the secondary account as I am concerned about losing access altogether.

Hello, I have been experiencing an issue with my Facebook account being disabled for several days now, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I have only shared a link seeking love and support for one day, and I am unsure why this action would warrant my account being disabled. If I have made a mistake, I am open to learning from it and making amends. Given the challenging times we are in, losing access to my means of communication with loved ones has left me feeling lonely and sad. Furthermore, I believe that during the current pandemic, Facebook has the opportunity to provide employment for individuals. I am faced with a problem that I am unable to resolve despite my attempts using the help pages. The group was archived after a change from "public" to "private," and a new public replacement group was created. The admin has now reactivated the group, removed the previous admins, and appointed new admins. I believe this constitutes copyright infringement and wrongdoing. Hello, I hope you are doing well. It has been a week since my Web Ark account was breached. I am unable to access my Facebook account linked to the email [redacted] despite changing my password multiple times. This is urgent as I need to access my business manager for work and have invested a significant amount of time and resources in building my pages. My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email address and removed my mobile phone number. I am unable to receive any recovery information due to these changes. They are also requesting my ID for verification. I have submitted my ID twice, and each time was told the issue was resolved. I recently created a Facebook account but accidentally set my birthdate to make me appear underage. Facebook deactivated my account and asked for a photo ID to verify my age. I sent them my driver's license, but now I received a notice saying they may delete my account if they can't confirm my age.
