Lately, I have noticed a lot of propaganda about Muslims on Facebook in America. What concerns me is the idea that if you are not a Muslim believer, they may kill you if given the chance. I am surprised that Facebook would allow such hatred to be a part of American life on the platform. I fear they might be preparing for a non-believer killing spree in America. The Quaran mentions killing idolaters, which worries me. I respect people's right to worship as they choose, but I do not support forcing beliefs on others or violence against non-believers. I urge Facebook to be cautious about allowing content that could promote intolerance towards different beliefs.

I am unable to access my Facebook account after getting a new phone. When I entered my phone number, it logged me into someone else's account. I have realized that my Yahoo account, [redacted], which is linked to my Facebook, may have been impacted by a breach in [redacted]. I now use [redacted] as my email. Could you please send a code to this email address to help me regain access to my account? Good morning, I woke up to find my Facebook account locked because of a post from 29th November [redacted] that I did not make. I've tried following the instructions to regain access – entering the code, changing the password, and removing old email addresses – multiple times without success. Oddly, I am still getting notifications on my phone. I'm hoping for help in recovering my Facebook account. Thank you.

My primary email, [redacted], has been compromised, resulting in the theft of my linked social media accounts along with changed passwords. I cannot access these accounts to update my password or link them to my new email provided by Google. While Action Fraud and Google are looking into the breach, I want to regain control of my accounts in the meantime. How do I reach out to Facebook and Instagram to address this issue? I am keen on retaining these accounts as I have put in years of effort into building them. Thank you.

I have been using Facebook for over nine years. In the past five months, I have encountered an issue where I receive a pop-up message saying, "we received your information" every time I log in. I am unsure of the cause for this. While I submitted my proof three months ago, I am still unable to access my account. This account is crucial to me as all my business information is stored there. I find it unbelievable that Facebook claims to ban violent videos yet allows a politician from Michigan to threaten a Trump supporter with violence. They should be responsible for this oversight, including the individual in question. If any harm comes to people, she must realize there are 74 million Trump supporters out there. It's disappointing to see such behavior from a platform that claims to promote unity and love. I'm fed up with Facebook, and I'm certain many others feel the same way. Shame on Facebook and Cynthia 'douce bag' Johnson.

I'm having trouble resetting my password because I can't remember it. The phone number and email linked to my account are outdated, and I can't update them without the password. Even after spending hours trying different solutions and passwords, I still can't access the verification code sent to my old phone number. I urgently need to reset my password to access our PEERS Unlimited page for a live drawing event tonight by 5 pm. The support system's requirement to pay for assistance after claiming to offer 24/7 help is frustrating. It's not fair to expect users to pay for assistance or get unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription. I hope the customer service team can improve their support methods. Thank you, S. Champagne

Hello, I regret to inform you that I discovered on August 24 that my Facebook account has been disabled. I received this news when I attempted to log in to connect with my friends. My main focus while using Facebook is to abide by the Community Standards and maintain a safe online environment. I understand that I may have violated the "Deceptive Behavior" policy by accident. The day my account was disabled, I innocently shared a photo of a football player I admire without realizing it could be against the rules. Despite my efforts to provide my ID for verification, it was rejected, and I am currently unable to access my account. I apologize for any unintentional rule-breaking and assure you that I will be more cautious in the future. If my account is reinstated, I will promptly remove the photo in question. I value using Facebook to stay connected with friends and share enjoyable moments with them. While on Facebook, I commented on a recipe video my daughter posted featuring Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. My comment received a harsh restriction that I found unjust. I feel targeted for expressing my opinion. Another upsetting incident involved a stranger making an offensive comment towards me, which was not taken down. This double standard is troubling, especially when I had to block the individual due to their inappropriate behavior. I am now seeking to have my account permanently deleted due to these issues.

My email and Facebook accounts have been hacked. I've contacted Facebook and submitted my ID to change my password. But the hacker has added a code generator step, blocking me from accessing my account further. I can see the hacker accepting new friends on my account. Additionally, I received a notification from Facebook about an upcoming ad, which I did not create. I suspect a scam in progress.

Hello, I need assistance with my primary email on Facebook, which is an email that does not exist. This issue dates back to when I first created my Facebook account several years ago. To verify my account and create ads, I must update my email. Despite attempting to add a new email, Facebook claims to have sent a confirmation code, which I have not received. Dear Facebook team, I encountered an issue when setting up two-factor authentication on my account. My account got locked during the security verification process. I faced difficulty in passing the security check due to the limited choices provided: 1. Approve login on another device 2. Use unlock code 3. Upload photo ID Initially, I tried the first option, but it didn't work although I was using my own device. Next, I attempted the second option by clicking "I have an unlock code," but I didn’t receive any code despite confirming that the email was correct. Finally, I opted for the third choice, but I don’t possess an ID matching the account. I kindly ask the Facebook team to assist me in reopening my Facebook account.

I recently received a warning for a post three days ago, and my account was blocked for the same amount of time. This morning, which was supposed to be the last day of my block, I tried to share a post within a group I am part of. However, since this morning, whenever I attempt to make a post, I receive an error message saying, "Oops, something went wrong. We are trying to fix the issue as soon as possible." This issue has persisted for several hours now. While I can still post on my private page, I am unable to post on group pages. I mistakenly enabled two-step authentication and forgot my password. Despite resetting it, I am now stuck with continuous requests for verification codes. The Google and Microsoft Authenticator apps claim no new notifications, and Facebook says they sent a code to my phone, which I never received. I value my long-standing Facebook account but am frustrated by the support process. The support channels seem like a never-ending loop of unhelpful redirects, and finding this chat support was a challenge. I just want to regain access to my account hassle-free. Please assist.

My Facebook account was hacked over a month ago. Despite changing the password daily, the hacker keeps gaining access and changing it back. Today, the primary email linked to the account was switched from [redacted] to [redacted] instead of the correct rjk... address. I'm having trouble fixing this issue. I also attempted to have an authorization code sent to my alternate email, [redacted], and to my phone at [redacted] multiple times, but I did not receive anything from Facebook. Additionally, I have changed passwords for my ISP (Spectrum), Google, Microsoft (including Outlook), and several other websites as a precaution.

I recently had my FB account hacked, and the hacker added 2-factor authentication that I didn't set up. After gaining back control and changing my password, I'm stuck in a loop. Facebook keeps asking for 2FA codes that I don't have. I can't access my account or delete it, and it's causing me stress. I created a new account to monitor the old one. Facebook hasn't been helpful despite me sending my ID two weeks ago.

One morning, I received two messages with the code "[redacted]" from two Romanian phone numbers. Initially, I disregarded them as a mistake. Later, I found I was logged out of my Facebook account, although I had not done so myself. When I attempted to log in, my password did not work as it had been changed, indicating a security breach. Despite my attempts to recover my account using various methods, including verifying through old phone numbers and trusted contacts, I encountered multiple errors such as "Email already in use," "Account disabled," and limitations on my account activities. Additional verification steps requiring identification faced issues due to limited staff availability during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite repeated attempts, I have not received the reset link through the trusted contacts method.

I am facing a problem with my Facebook account. The email and password got changed by someone who compromised my account. Now, I am unable to recover my account because the email has been altered, and my phone number is not being recognized. Every option for password recovery or account retrieval is asking for the email, which has been modified by the unauthorized user.
