I am encountering an issue with Facebook's confirmation code being sent to a deactivated phone number. While sharing a post, I got logged out and noticed suspicious activity on my account as I kept resetting my password. The problem seems to stem from my phone number, [redacted], being deactivated by the telephone company due to unpaid bills. Despite contacting Facebook multiple times and submitting two documents, it's still sending the code to the old number. I've attached proof of the unpaid amount (€[redacted],91) and a new contract with a different program and the new number, [redacted]. The details on both documents clearly show it's the same person, me, who has been using the account "Nagia Nagia" for 7 years. I kindly request Facebook to send the confirmation code to the new number, [redacted]. Waiting for assistance.

I am Hadiqa Y., a 4th-year MBBS student. Recently, I received a notification on my Facebook account about it being accessed from Vietnam. I promptly changed my password and logged out from all devices. Unfortunately, I forgot my password when I logged out 5 days ago and cannot access the recovery email provided, "[redacted]," which has been inactive for several years. Despite having my phone number attached to the account, the Facebook team is not accepting it for verification. I kindly request a password reset code to be sent to my alternate email address, "[redacted]," or to my mobile number. I am trying various methods as suggested by Facebook's help center but with no success. I seek assistance as my account contains important data that I cannot afford to lose.

Hello, I am facing distress as Facebook deactivated my 11-year-old account without any explanation or response. My account held significant personal history with research, articles, groups on various topics, pictures, videos, and memories cherished over the years. It was a platform where I shared joy, love, opinions, and personal experiences without any intent of hate or harassment. I acknowledge sharing experiences regarding cultural clashes but never intended them as hate speech. Unfortunately, Facebook deemed it otherwise. Recently, I have faced online harassment with false accusations and threats which went unnoticed by Facebook, adding to my troubles. The blocked account now prevents me from accessing crucial information, like messages related to a legal matter, affecting my ability to seek justice. I appeal for help in restoring my account, as it holds invaluable personal content, including memories with my father, and critical evidence needed for legal action. I assure you that I will adhere to Facebook's guidelines and refrain from any content that could be misconstrued as hate speech. I express my desperation and hope for a resolution to this distressing situation. Sincerely, France

I have identified two Facebook accounts linked to my phone number. One belongs to Amy Elledge with an American flag icon, and the other is my old account from [redacted] with an unprofessional profile picture my boss wants removed immediately. I am requesting a screenshot of my FarmVille double decker farm. I aim to delete the Amy Elledge "zombie" account associated with a Google email I don't recognize, with friends listed for recovery and my Kansas driver's license for verification. I've been locked out for two days and need it resolved urgently. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

My Facebook account got restricted for 30 days due to a post that was reviewed and deemed to follow Facebook community standards. However, even after the review, I am still restricted. I have been reporting this issue every day with no response, which is frustrating. I created a new Facebook account, but it got blocked as well. Even after confirming my identity with my California ID and Authenticator code, they are requesting my address to send a password to my email. I'm unsure why this is necessary. I'm losing followers and my original account is not as active because of these restrictions. My posts aren't reaching people as they used to. Here is my profile link: [redacted].

Hello, I am Ivonne Robles. I assisted in setting up 3 business pages under my supervisor's Facebook account, William Diaz, who owns 3 separate businesses. However, after creating the pages, our account and pages were disabled. We would appreciate it if they could be reinstated. These are legitimate companies and we are eager to promote them on Facebook. William and Belynda, his spouse, are the owners of Whisk Cleaning Services, a janitorial company located in Fullerton. They have recently launched a new venture called Dream Beauty Suites (which offers salon suite rentals) and also own Dream Blowout Bar (a hair salon within Dream Beauty Suites). The phone number associated with the pages is [redacted]. We were instructed to submit a photo of William's ID or driver's license, as well as a picture of himself for identification, which we did, but we have not yet regained access to the pages. We kindly request your assistance in recovering the Facebook accounts and pages. Thank you. Best regards, Ivonne Robles

I bought two sets of wrenches from an ad on Facebook by conistdom. One set was paid via PayPal, and the other with a credit card. The second set came first, but it was not what we ordered. They sent a $24.99 set we could find locally instead of the unique 14 pc set of SAE ratcheting tubing wrenches we paid for. I've reached out to them multiple times asking for the correct set to be shipped with a return label for the wrong ones or a full refund. They keep offering discounts on the incorrect item, stating high return shipping costs. They reduced the price offered from $25 to $22 to $20, still more than what we initially paid ($81.70). The first order for a metric wrench set has not arrived, with invalid tracking information. I've also tried to follow up but received no response on this matter. I simply want what we paid for or a refund.

My Facebook account has been compromised. I have been unable to access it since September [redacted]. Last August, I was asked to provide my information to a company known as NFCSP to retrieve a delivery code for a $10,[redacted] grant. Unfortunately, since then, my information has been misused. The current account displaying my picture was set up without my consent, and the director I communicated with previously was supposedly fired. I need help deactivating this account as it is not me using it. The NFCSP is responsible for this situation, spreading false information about me to my friends and family. Please assist me in deactivating this account linked to the name MARGARET NAJERA MENDOZA.

I have two-step verification enabled on my account. I remember my email and password, but the verification code is being sent to an old phone number that I cannot access. I don't have any devices connected to Facebook available to receive the code. I've tried looking up solutions to regain access, but they all focus on resetting the password. My issue is that I need to update the phone number for receiving the verification code. To do this, I would need to be logged in on another device that I've used before, but unfortunately, I don't have access to one. There is no option to receive the code via email. I'm stuck and would appreciate any assistance you can provide with this situation.

I purchased Beewax through Facebook and tried to return it due to delayed shipping making me believe the order was lost. Despite multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking to file a formal complaint. The company offered a $10 store voucher, but I paid $38 via PayPal for a product now sold for $15. I have purchased Beewax on Amazon for $4.33 and no longer require their product. My only request is a price difference refund to PayPal, which they refuse to provide. I would appreciate assistance in this matter without redirection to credit card payment sites. Thank you.

I have previously sent an email regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I believe I may have been hacked. I own "Future Past Clothing" and invest a significant amount in advertising. After the hacking incident, I created a new personal account ([redacted]) and designated it as the admin. However, I seem to have lost access to the account where I am no longer the admin due to changes in the two-factor authentication settings. Moreover, when attempting to reset the password for [redacted], I am unable to locate the account. I urgently need the two-factor authentication to be removed. I kindly request a call during the UK afternoon, as I fear I may miss any email responses. My contact number is [redacted]2. I am available for a call now or between 3-4 pm. Your assistance is greatly appreciated to regain admin access to my page, which is crucial for my successful business. I have provided both my email addresses associated with the account for your reference: [redacted] and [redacted]

I am requesting Facebook to address the issue of a person (their employee) who is spreading false information about a girl, claiming to be his wife, and harassing my cousin on Facebook. The individual has been making marriage proposals to my cousin, causing her discomfort. I urge Facebook to take immediate action on this matter. I have already reported the initial post, and I ask for further intervention to prevent such behavior. Here is the link to the concerning post: [redacted]. My hope is for Facebook to disable this account to ensure the safety and well-being of all users.

After moving to WV from MD, I switched from Verizon Wireless to US Cellular. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the original phone linked to my Facebook account, leading to being locked out when trying to log in on a new device. Despite multiple attempts to verify my identity by submitting various documents like a handwritten code, my driver's license, birth certificate, and divorce certificate, I have not received a response from Facebook to regain access. This issue has been ongoing for several weeks. I am Melanie King (formerly Fouts) and my current contact number is [redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am requesting the recovery of my Instagram account, @tynnillek, which was deactivated unfairly last Saturday. There was no warning before this occurred, and I have never impersonated anyone or violated any rights. I am upset by this sudden action, as is Arjit Taneja, a television celebrity, who openly supports my account. My account has over [redacted] followers and is dedicated to promoting Arjit Taneja, who follows me along with his family. Arjit Taneja interacts with my posts by liking and reposting them on his Instagram story. I create edits with him for my page. I have contacted Arjit Taneja about this issue, and he is also hoping for the recovery of my account. I believe my account is being wrongly reported by other Instagram users. Please assist me in recovering my account, as it is crucial for my promotional activities related to Arjit Taneja. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to support this request. Arjit Taneja can also be contacted to confirm the importance of my account to him. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have enabled two-step verification on my account. Although I remember my email and password, I am unable to receive the verification code sent to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. I don't have any devices connected to Facebook that I can use either. I've searched for solutions to this issue, but they all focus on password reset, not changing the phone number for the code. I need to update the phone number, but I am stuck because it requires me to be logged in on a device I have used before, which I don't have. Unfortunately, there is no option to receive the code via email. Can anyone assist me in resolving this? I appreciate any guidance on this matter.

Good evening! I am struggling to access my Facebook account. When I created my account, I used my old phone number, [redacted], to log in. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone to receive the verification code via text. I can only access my account through my email, [redacted] Last week, I explained this issue but did not receive a response. Please send the login code to my email, [redacted], as the other email associated with my account belongs to a hacker. I have been unable to access my account since 12/13/19. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Shameeka Williams

I have used the e-mail [redacted] for my Facebook account since [redacted]. I mainly use it for gaming apps and keeping in touch with friends and family. I believe I haven't violated any Facebook rules. Most of my posts are related to gaming, photos of myself, family, and friends. However, this morning, January 17th at 8am local time, I suddenly couldn't log in. Facebook requested a photo comparison, which I provided. Despite receiving an SMS code on my personal number that's linked to the account, I still couldn't log in. I've even sent my ID card with my nickname for verification. I urgently need help to reactivate my account. I appreciate any advice on how to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I recently received a warning on Facebook for using the term "idiot" in a comment on a news thread. I feel this was an overreaction as I didn't bully or threaten anyone. I believe my right to free speech should protect my expression of opinion using harmless words. Despite appealing twice, Facebook sided with the complainant and placed me on a year's probation without allowing me to defend myself. This incident goes against my 10-year history on the platform without any issues. I am disappointed and request an apology from Facebook along with the probation being lifted to address this unfair situation. Thank you.
