I recently posted a picture of Winston Churchill and Hitler on Facebook to educate my friends about the past atrocities and how fortunate we are today. Unfortunately, this resulted in a 30-day block on my account. I am kindly asking for the block to be removed as Facebook is my main means of communication with loved ones. I recognize my mistake and will be more cautious with my posts in the future. Please lift the block as soon as possible. I wish you all had a lovely Christmas and a safe transition into the new year. I'm currently studying biblical history and quantum physics. I recently uploaded a picture featuring Winston Churchill and Hitler on Facebook to highlight past atrocities and express gratitude for the peace we enjoy today. Unfortunately, I received a 30-day block right before New Year's, which is preventing me from reaching out to my friends and family who are far away and who I typically communicate with solely through Facebook. I’m saddened that I can't even wish them a happy New Year during this time.

I have received two messages and I still cannot find the alleged harassing or bullying messages in my support box or elsewhere. I might have called some American comedians "halfwits" or "idiots" when someone made derogatory comments towards me with pictures on the platform. Also, my reference to "Pres Chump" might have caused the issue. In my opinion, criticizing him is fair given his behavior. I believe everyone is open to criticism, including Facebook. It seems hypocritical to judge others when your own actions have been criticized more. If anyone dares to reply, I would like to hear how Facebook's behavior justifies judging mine. Let's have an open discussion rather than hiding behind generic team names. Losing access to Facebook wouldn't concern me much; it's about principles of free speech. Regards, M. Benstead

Dear Facebook Support Team, I recently uploaded some New Year's wishes pictures on various Bon Jovi groups, but unfortunately, they were all deleted by Facebook agents in Hungary. They warned me that I could be blocked if it happens again. I also noticed inappropriate content on a TV page, Hír TV, which has become challenging to manage due to offensive comments. I had a distressing experience when I was wrongly associated with a group spreading negativity about the TV channel. I am currently dealing with health issues and using Facebook to connect with friends, but this incident has left me feeling upset and confused. The account has been compromised, and the hacker is posting unwanted trading messages, causing distress in my life. Please block or disable the old account as I no longer have access to it. A moderator in the community group, Lisa Heinrichs, accused me of abusing a local councillor, although I have never met this individual or been to the location she mentioned. About a year ago, she removed me from the group because I unknowingly missed a message she sent, which I only noticed months later. Despite my explanations that I have no connections to the people involved, she alleges having witnesses, which seems implausible. Recently, she repeated the false accusations to my friend and shared messages where she claimed I confessed to the abuse. After reviewing the conversation, I found no such admission, only a harmless comment on Facebook. Lisa's behavior, including posting derogatory remarks about me and my friend, crossed a line when she made insensitive references to our personal lives. This misuse of her moderating role is unacceptable, as she wrongly tries to expose private details on social media without consent. My friend has already taken the step to block her, and we are both troubled by her actions. If possible, I would appreciate advice on how to address this situation, as Lisa's behavior demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect towards group members.

I have been away from Facebook for a while, and now I can't access my account because they are asking me to confirm my identity. They asked me to provide a code sent to my phone number, which I no longer have, or to send a copy of my ID which I did, but I haven't heard back from Facebook after a few days. Do you know how long it usually takes for Facebook to check and verify my identity?

I recently received a notification about an attempt to access my Facebook account through another app. Despite confirming it wasn't me, I was asked to upload a picture, which I did, but it seems they may have needed my profile picture instead. Following this, my account was disabled. I have submitted multiple forms of ID, but there seems to be a name discrepancy: my Facebook name is Divinegrace Chiamaka while my IDs display Okeke Chiamaka Loveth. I urgently need to resolve this issue as I rely on Facebook for advertising my business.

Last Friday, my Facebook account was hacked under the name Chisom Emmanuel (SomEmmal). The hacker is currently using it to take money from my friends, some of whom have already been affected. I urgently request that the account be either deleted or completely blocked to prevent further misuse. The situation has caused distress as I am receiving calls from concerned friends. I received a notification about someone attempting to log in to my account on another app. I was asked to confirm if it was me, and when I said no, I was requested to upload a picture. I provided one, but I believe they needed my Facebook profile picture. Subsequently, my account was disabled. On December 30, [redacted], the page managed by J.I. was unexpectedly unpublished. This came as a surprise as the business page was thriving, with positive customer interactions. I recently reset my account password and logged out from all devices. However, when I tried to log back in, I did not receive the security code on my phone. I have attempted this for the past 4 days, but the SMS is not being delivered. This issue is preventing me from accessing my Yahoo email, which is linked to my Facebook account because I forgot the password. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. They are asking for a verification code, but I can't use the phone numbers linked to my account. I was recently banned for reacting to a post on Facebook that was mistakenly flagged as "sexual content" due to some nudity. The issue is that when you react or like a post, it can sometimes appear as if you are sharing it, even though I did not intend to do so, especially knowing Facebook's strict policies. This ban has affected my ability to communicate with my girlfriend while I am on a trip, as we rely on Facebook for online messaging. It would be helpful if there was a feature to notify the user when they have been post-blocked, even if it was done unintentionally.

Hello, I want to report an incident that our business page, Dollie Pet Shop, has experienced. We have been a victim of ad fraud and credit card fraud. Unauthorized transactions were made using a credit card linked to our account over a year ago to create boosted posts. These charges were used to create fake ads under our page's name, misleading users with a "shop" button redirecting to a different page. Despite not saving our credit card details on Facebook, someone managed to access this information and associate it with fraudulent ads using our name. While we initially deleted one of the unauthorized links, the situation has escalated as these misleading ads tarnish our reputation and result in financial losses. We have taken immediate action by reporting the unauthorized charges to our bank and plan to involve law enforcement. We urge Facebook to investigate this matter as well, providing the necessary evidence to prevent such incidents in the future. For security reasons, we have changed our passwords and are hesitant to make any further payments through Facebook until this issue is resolved.

I recently set up an eCommerce multi-vendor website and linked it to Facebook. After successfully importing all my store products, I encountered an issue when trying to log back in the next day. I received a message stating that my account was under review and then shortly after, it was disabled. I suspect this might be due to the presence of alcoholic products on my page. If that is the reason, I would have promptly removed them if given the opportunity. I am eager to have my Facebook account reinstated so I can continue using it for my business.
