Despair.com Customer Service Issues

I live at [redacted] Lovelace Circle, Prosperity, SC [redacted]. I purchased two coffee mugs from Despair.com and entered my correct address, but at checkout, the website changed it to my old address in Black Mountain, NC. I immediately contacted them through the website, but got no response. Despite my email corrections, they sent the order to the wrong address, which I only found out when checking my inbox on February 8. I've sent another email, but I'm not expecting a reply, so I may have to dispute the charge and share my experience on social media.

I ordered a calendar back in January with the order #[redacted]. Despite receiving an email confirming shipment, I did not receive the item. Upon checking, the street address was correct, but the city and zip code were wrong. I promptly provided the correct details via email. I am unsure why the address was incorrect, as I entered all information accurately during the purchase. I usually appreciate the sarcastic humor that Despair.com is known for, but the lack of response to my numerous customer service inquiries is disappointing. The USPS tracking indicated that the item was returned to the sender. I am frustrated with the poor customer service I have encountered. If the company cannot deliver the calendar I paid for (charged to my credit card in January), I request a refund. Regrettably, I no longer wish to continue business with a company I once held in high regard. Best, K.R.
