URGENT: Changes to Italy's Entry Requirements I need assistance with my upcoming flight to Italy on March 2, [redacted]. Italy has revised its entry rules, stating that a negative PCR test isn't needed for travel from March 1, [redacted], to March 31, [redacted]. Non-EU travelers are now only required to present a vaccination certificate, recovery certificate, or a negative test result. I am missing my large silver checked suitcase containing a tennis racket. I inadvertently did not send it through at the Atlanta airport during a layover on Flight [redacted] from EZE. Delta DL27 to ICH assisted me in boarding Korean Air flight KE623 to Manila instead of Cebu. However, my suitcase remains in Atlanta. Korean Air advised me to have it sent to me in Manila or Cebu. Although I aim to reach Cebu eventually, my priority is retrieving my suitcase. Thank you, Keith R.

I learned on Sunday, February 13th, [redacted], that my brother was being moved to Hospice. I rushed to catch a Delta flight to JFK to be with him, arriving five hours late due to delays. Upon landing, I found my checked bag severely damaged and items missing. Despite the urgency, I was asked to fill out forms at the JFK baggage desk. I am inquiring about a $[redacted] voucher given to three passengers by Delta Airlines on January 30, [redacted], at Lihue Airport, Kauai, HI. I purchased tickets for my wife and myself with confirmation number: GQT8GQ to fly round trip from Seattle to Tampa. I paid $3,[redacted] to upgrade to first class because my family has never experienced it. However, when selecting seats, only the flight from Seattle to LAX had first class, with the long flight in economy. For the return trip, only the flight from Tampa to North Carolina had first class, with economy for the remaining journey back to Seattle. I also paid an additional $1,[redacted] to upgrade from LAX to Tampa, but now they want another $1,[redacted] to upgrade from North Carolina to Seattle. This is totaling $6,[redacted]. I am looking to book a round trip flight from Green Bay, WI to Victoria, BC for two passengers using a companion ticket with the code 14EO6CZT. I purchased a return flight ticket from Newark (EWK) through Detroit to Buffalo for a flight scheduled at 8:16 pm on Sunday, March 13th. Upon arrival from Reykjavik, I found no agents at the counter to drop off our luggage or issue a boarding pass. Despite attempting to seek help from a TSA agent and a supervisor, not having a boarding pass made it impossible to resolve. Our names were called for the flight even though we had checked in online in Iceland. Due to this inconvenience, we had to stay overnight in Newark, incur extra meal costs, and only reach our destination the next day, incurring additional parking fees. When inquiring the following day about the limited hours of the airport staff, I was informed they only worked until noon on Sundays. I need help with a customer service issue. I booked a codeshare flight through Airmiles in Canada. However, there seems to be a critical problem with their phone lines, and I cannot reach anyone. I spent the entire day at the airport from 11am to 6pm feeling tired and hungry. After boarding, we faced further delays, ultimately resulting in the flight being canceled at 8pm. I ended up spending a total of 9 hours at the airport only to be rebooked for the next day at 6pm. This caused me to miss my grandmother's birthday dinner, which was a significant disappointment. The delayed rebooking for such a late flight was truly unacceptable after going through such a long wait on the previous day.

I was charged 64,[redacted] miles for a trip from Tallahassee to Boston on February 25th, #H3SIU2. I was rebooked from 6 am to 6 pm, but upon arrival at the Tallahassee airport, I was informed that my final destination was Atlanta, not Boston. The flight to Boston was canceled due to snow, and Delta did not rebook me for a second time. I was placed on a flight to Atlanta with the possibility of standby to Boston or a refund. However, I could not be rebooked to Boston until Monday evening, while my original flight was scheduled for Friday. Finally, a compassionate Delta agent arranged a confirmed flight back to Tallahassee. Enduring the ordeal with a torn rotator cuff was challenging, especially as a first-class ticket holder. The confusion around rebooking was due to no available flights before my return flight timeframe. The decision for Tallahassee agents to send me to Atlanta was problematic, and the situation led me to take my carry-on luggage despite post-surgery pain.
