Upon realizing that I hadn't properly deactivated my old Christian Mingle account, I created a new one after adopting a healthier lifestyle through yoga and a better diet. I recently discovered messages from kind followers of Christ on my old account that I'd like to engage with, just like those on my new account. Is there a way to merge the two profiles? Hello, I recently signed up for a month on this site. About 15 minutes after joining, my profile disappeared. I am finding the site not very user-friendly. I do not wish to create a new profile. Could you please explain why my profile was deleted? I am requesting a refund for my subscription as I have now changed my mind. The site does not seem to be working correctly as it is showing me matches from the United States when I am looking for men nearby within a [redacted]-kilometer radius in British Columbia or Alberta. The search options are inadequate. I would appreciate a prompt refund. Thank you.

I have contacted my attorney as I purchased the account for $50 but I am unable to log in. The system is still prompting me to make a payment, even though the $50 has been deducted from my account. I intend to dispute this transaction with my attorney as I find this situation unfair. I am disappointed that there is no customer support number available for me to address this issue. Recently, I contacted regarding my suspended account. The customer service representative explained my profile had been compromised by users trying to access the site for free. After resetting my account, I was able to log in. However, when I checked the site, I noticed unfamiliar faces. It seems I've been assigned only five matches, which I find limiting. The agent mentioned these selections were made on my behalf, which I strongly disagree with. I believe I should have the freedom to explore all options and decide for myself. I signed up to use Christian Mingle; this isn't my first time using the website. Usually, I've never had any issues with their app or site. I signed up for a 3-month subscription, but I didn't receive an email confirmation, although the payment went through my bank account. However, when I log in, it doesn't show any activity or let me use the app properly. I can only view other profiles and when I try to message someone, it prompts me to subscribe. There's a Christian Mingle phone number: 1-[redacted], but I've been on hold for a while. I sent them an email, but it may take up to 48 hours for a response. I read that it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to approve profiles, but I'm unsure if the subscription also needs approval in that time frame.

I've been experiencing issues with the "smile" messages I receive. When I try to view the messages, I am directed to profiles of different individuals, not the ones who sent the smiles. This has been especially frustrating on 11/16 when I received four smiles, all leading to the wrong profiles. It seems improbable that more than half of my smile contacts would leave the service within days. I urgently require assistance to resolve this bug as it affects my experience on the platform.

I recently encountered an issue with my profile on the platform, as it was suddenly marked as "no longer available" to someone I had been communicating with. Despite changing my password multiple times, I have been unable to log in for over 2 days now. This has been quite frustrating as I have a 3-month subscription that I am unable to utilize due to this login problem. I have also been receiving emails from other users trying to reach out to me, but I am unable to respond due to the login issue. I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my account and resume using the service as intended.

I have made two requests to close my account but continue to be charged $53.99 monthly as I no longer have my login details. Despite providing my name and phone number, charges from Christian Mingle persist. My bank assured me in November that they would block these charges, yet I was still debited $53.99 on 12/26. I cancelled weeks ago. You immediately shut off my access, giving me a horrible experience. I received a confirmation. Today, you attempted to charge me $[redacted].32 again, despite my cancellation. Now my bank will charge me a return checking fee. I will involve my family business attorney if needed. Please confirm my cancellation within 24 hours to avoid further action. Can you look into EarlyOW12 from Ft. Lee, N.J., and David from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan? After two emails on your site requesting my personal email and phone number, which I'm not comfortable providing, I thought you should know. I feel uneasy about these two contacts. When I try to sign in, something briefly pops up that I can't read as it disappears instantly. I wonder if these two individuals have been flagged by your system. Good morning, I am experiencing difficulty saving the photos I upload after moving and scaling them. The images remain in pending review and if I am unable to complete them during this process, they are lost. Additionally, the app indicates that only 52% of my profile is complete, causing frustration as I struggle to resolve this issue. I'm having trouble accessing my account through the Facebook app. I keep receiving emails about messages I can't read. This issue has come up before. I'm looking to switch from logging in through the app to using my email instead. When I attempt to log in using my email, it redirects me to a new account page. Any assistance on this matter would be welcomed.

I resubscribed this morning at 6 a.m. Please reach out to me as you mentioned it was restored earlier, but then you stated it's not restored. I need this restored.
