A second opinion revealed they performed unnecessary dental procedures and overcharged me double or even triple the standard rates. They did not honor my Medicare plan, leaving me with thousands of dollars in charges. Regrettably, I didn't check Yelp beforehand, where I would have seen numerous negative reviews mirroring my experience. Businesses like this should not exploit seniors who cannot afford unnecessary expenses due to dental fraud. Action should be taken to prevent them from deceiving others. Thank you.

I have reached out to Amazon numerous times regarding a package that was not picked up as specified. The UPS driver was only able to take one package due to a frozen shed door, even though I had three packages waiting. To my dismay, the item I wanted to return was missing from the shed, indicating that someone might have taken it. Amazon's initial response was for me to track down the missing package. When I called again, I spoke with Vicky, who unfortunately was unable to provide further assistance or locate the package. Vicky mentioned that she couldn't disclose her last name and abruptly ended the call, which I believe is against protocol. I am left without any information on the whereabouts of my package.

I live in California and recently bought a [redacted] Chevy Blazer in Las Vegas. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered it doesn't match the description I was given. There is a long list of issues that make it far from "turn key road ready" as promised. This includes safety concerns and the misrepresentation of it being a 3/4 ton instead of a 1/2 ton. The seller, who doesn't have a dealer's license, has sold numerous other vehicles this year without properly registering them. The Blazer I purchased hasn't been registered since 4/[redacted], and I paid $45,[redacted] for a vehicle that can't be registered due to lacking smog capabilities, on top of $[redacted].00 in registration fees. I have tried contacting both the seller and the brother-in-law at Delta Auto where the vehicle was stored, but haven't received any response. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I have encountered an issue at work and believe I was unjustly fired for revealing concerns about a major oil company. I am taking legal action against them. The HR department, specifically one individual, has been treating me unprofessionally, ignoring me, and withholding information. Despite requesting certain files, I have been told I cannot access them, which I know is incorrect. When I mentioned legal action, their behavior shifted drastically, ignoring me and transferring me to another department. I want to lodge a complaint against the person in HR, conveying that their conduct is unacceptable and unprofessional. This abuse of authority needs to be addressed, and I want this individual to be aware of my complaint and advised to change their behavior. Feedback from others about this individual's behavior aligns with my experience.

On 11/22/21, I made 4 payments to Langley FCU and mistakenly provided incorrect account information. Unfortunately, the money wasn't deducted until 11/29/21, leading my other bank account to be overdrawn 12 times without any alert or notification. It seems the bank employee manually entered the numbers incorrectly, causing more withdrawals than authorized. Despite only allowing 4 payments, they denied refunding the extra drafts when I inquired. After expressing my frustration and involving my boyfriend, who was contacted without consent, I was finally connected to a previously non-existent supervisor who agreed to reimburse the unauthorized deductions. Following this, two payments were debited successfully, but the last two were mishandled, and the bank couldn't locate my loan. Subsequent attempts to resolve this led to misinformation and difficulty in obtaining a payoff letter. Now, a month later, I'm being sent collection notices despite having received a Paid In Full Letter and my car title without any indication of outstanding payments. Langley's misleading information on dates and lack of communication are troubling, making it challenging to address the situation. Their unresponsiveness and potential misconduct, as seen in numerous customer complaints, paint a concerning picture of their practices. The repeated errors, threats of repossession, and lack of cooperation have led me to seek legal counsel, although the process appears daunting considering the bank's questionable tactics. Overall, the experience with Langley FCU has been frustrating, and I aim to hold them accountable for their actions to prevent further harm to customers.

I purchased blinds and balances for two kitchen windows on February 7, [redacted]. While the blinds and one balance were installed on February 28, I am still missing one balance for my kitchen window. Despite reaching out to Lowes installers and contacting the store's customer service, I have yet to resolve this issue. Recently, I received a bill for $[redacted].66, but I do not believe I should have to pay it until the missing balance is provided. As a widow without assistance, I would appreciate any help with this matter. I bought 2 blinds and 2 balances at Lowes in Whitehall, PA. Although I received 2 blinds, only 1 balance was included in the delivery on February 28. Following communication with Lowes installers and store staff, I have encountered difficulties in obtaining the missing balance from the manufacturers. Despite being instructed to seek legal assistance by Lowes customer service, I do not think I should be charged $[redacted].66 until the balance for my kitchen window is resolved. Being a widow without help, I am struggling to address this situation.

I recently received an email titled "Windows Defender Order" indicating I purchased a firewall for $[redacted].99, which I did not do. Some details from the invoice include: - Customer Id: [redacted] - Invoice Id: MS-[redacted]77 - Email: [redacted] - Invoice Date: 22nd March [redacted] If this purchase is unauthorized or you wish to cancel, please contact customer service. You can reach out within 48 hours of receiving the invoice for a full refund. Contact the customer service representative at +1[redacted]. Upon calling, I was informed that my bank account was compromised. The individual on the phone requested I buy two $[redacted] Best Buy gift cards, and even deposited $3,[redacted] into my account. Fortunately, I did not proceed with the gift card purchase after the manager confirmed it was a scam.

As a personal care attendant working for an elderly man and a disabled woman, I have been diligently faxing my timesheets every two weeks on a Saturday to ensure payment on the following Wednesday. Tempus Unlimited must address these issues promptly to support employees like me who are dedicated to their clients. Despite my commitment to my work and willingness to go the extra mile, I am not being compensated accurately. Hello, my name is Jameisha Tucker, and I recently had a distressing experience at WellNow on Thompson Rd. in Syracuse, NY. I visited on May 5, [redacted], for a Pap smear test due to personal reasons. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist breached my HIPAA Rights by revealing someone else's test results to me in a room full of people, mistaking me for another patient. This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite seeking resolution from the supervisor, I was met with further disrespect and unhelpfulness. After consulting with the health department for guidance, I attempted to obtain information about the incident but was met with resistance from WellNow. The lack of cooperation and professionalism exhibited by the staff was disappointing. I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue as the ownership of Syracuse and Rochester locations is intertwined, making it challenging to escalate my concerns. I hired Green Planet to help with a flood issue at my house. Unfortunately, the workers caused damage and disturbances. After charging me $15,[redacted] for storing my furniture, upon return, they scratched my new flooring by dragging items. Moreover, the electrical system was compromised due to cut wires and broken light fixtures. They also left holes in the walls, damaged the driveway, and left a mess of bottles and trash behind. The driveway is now stained with oil leaks and cigarette butts.

After receiving a confirmation email with parts numbers, I encountered problems upon the shipment's arrival in Jordan. I reached out to IQ Data International Inc. in June [redacted] regarding a $[redacted].42 fee for "Billback Waste, Water, and Sewage" from when I moved out of Valley Springs Apartments on 11/30/20. Despite living at my current address for 30 years with a record of updated information with the apartment manager, I never received the original bill. Speaking with IQ Data Rep, Dee Crowder, the amount has now increased to $[redacted].05 with a threat to impact my credit if not paid immediately. The apartment manager, Brandan Mendoza, mentioned that many similar cases occurred due to bills being sent to collections post Covid renters moratorium. After requesting the bill, it shows the fees were written off on 12/16/20, and I owe nothing. I possess evidence of the write-off and lack of billing. I purchased 8 dining chairs from Davis Quality Furniture in Statesville, NC, but unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. After an initial promise of delivery in 2-3 weeks, there were multiple delays and excuses provided by Matt Davis. The reasons for the delays ranged from Covid-related issues to problems with the materials and delivery logistics. Throughout the process, Matt would make commitments only to break them, sometimes acting apologetic and polite while other times being threatening and abusive. This behavior culminated in him even threatening to involve the police if I continued contacting him. Ultimately, I had to give up and seek a refund from Visa. Looking into other reviews, it seems like I was not the only one facing such issues with this vendor. The quality of the merchandise delivered was often poor or incomplete, leading me to question if the items were ever in stock to begin with.

I need to file a complaint about Spectrum and AT&T DIRECTV. They repeatedly call my number nine or ten times a day, which is very frustrating. Despite pressing nine to be removed from the list, they call again just ten minutes later. This situation is unacceptable. Additionally, the Caller ID shows various unrelated names that do not correspond to Spectrum or AT&T DIRECTV, causing confusion about their identity.

I hired a pool company in Cedar Park to install a pool liner formerly known as Blue Bottom Pools, now Purex Pools of Cedar Park. I have used them in the past, and they usually do good work. However, this time they sent a crew that clearly didn't know what they were doing, resulting in wrinkles throughout the entire pool. They promised to come back and fix it but haven't shown up yet. There are so many wrinkles that the pool needs to be redone. I have visited their office and called them multiple times, but I just want my pool to be done correctly. I paid more money than usual due to material issues.

I recently had new locks installed on my front door due to issues with the deadbolt. Initially, they worked well, but recently, I've been experiencing difficulties with the deadbolt not turning properly. On top of that, the knob has become loose and needed to be screwed back on. This is concerning for me, especially as I live alone and value the security of my home. I have been trying to contact the individual who installed the locks, but have been experiencing delays in getting a response. I would greatly appreciate it if he could come and fix the issues with the lock promptly. Thank you.
