I would like to use my membership the way it used to be. It takes forever to download all those items to the card, and I cannot use it on more than one item. Some cashiers do not explain well because I asked about using the coupon before scanning them. I was told the coupon didn't work. Waiting too long at customer service to return something is frustrating. The lines are too long for returns. Please stop the madness with that new idea. It stinks. I pay to shop. Don't waste our time. Thank you.

I made a purchase from your company on May 21, [redacted], under order number [redacted]06. Unfortunately, my order arrived with several items missing. I am missing the following items: 1 Dreft Ultra Concentrated Liquid Baby Laundry Detergent, [redacted] Loads ([redacted] fl. oz.), 1 Berkley Jensen Ultra 10" Paper Plates ([redacted] ct.), and 1 Clorox Performance Bleach (3 pk.). I tried to request a refund from DoorDash, but they were unable to process it directly since I made the purchase through your platform, and my payment information was not in their system. They mentioned that they will initiate the refund from their end but require your assistance to transfer it back to me. Please reach out to them for further assistance or clarification as I am in urgent need of the refund.

I was charged for the membership renewal on June 1, despite trying to cancel my membership multiple times. We haven't had access to a BJs location for 2 years. Two years ago, we tried to cancel, but it seems the issue was not fully resolved. On June 1, [redacted], you charged us again, although the credit card on file is no longer valid (the charge was redirected by Citibank to our new account and can be reversed to you). Please cancel my membership and process a refund of $59.88.

I had a troubling encounter with an employee named Deborah at the Westbury, NY location on Sunday, August 13, [redacted], around 11-11:30 AM. Deborah was upset because I didn't place a pack of batteries back correctly and made disrespectful comments about me not keeping a clean house. When I responded that my house is clean, she became irate, loudly telling me to mind my own business and even called me "disgusting." Despite reporting the incident to a manager, it seems no action was taken. This experience was highly unpleasant, particularly as it happened in front of my children, aged 6 and 17.

On October 24, [redacted], I visited the BJ's Wholesale Club at [redacted] Sheridan Drive in Amherst, NY, and had a terrible experience. The Club Manager, Joseph Militello, was involved in Club [redacted], Registration 63, and Transaction [redacted]. Despite having my membership card [redacted] and Terminal Number [redacted]3, I encountered a problem at the register with a $2 coupon for Eggos. I opted for the Homestyle, as the blueberry waffles in stock were unreachable due to their high positioning in the freezer. After a considerable delay trying to obtain the waffles, I felt embarrassed and frustrated by the customer service received. Following an unproductive call to the customer service line, which lasted 22 minutes, the lack of resolution and understanding left me considering switching to Sam's Club due to the poor service at BJ's.

On **********, I had a terrible experience at BJ's Wholesale Club located at ** Sheridan Drive, Amherst, NY. The Club Manager Joseph Militello was unhelpful. My membership number is [redacted]. When trying to use a coupon for $1.50 off Eggo waffles, I found only hard-to-reach blueberry waffles in the freezer. Opting for the available Homestyle variety, the cashier said the coupon wouldn't work. Despite trying to get the blueberry waffles, it took a long time due to the unhelpful staff. Eventually, after much delay and embarrassment, I got my waffles. I called customer service, but the process was difficult and lengthy, leaving me frustrated. Despite being a member since ****, no one has reached out, making this my worst customer service encounter. Considering switching to Sam's Club after this experience.
