I encountered an issue with my Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card. Even though I made a payment of Rs 64 on March 16, [redacted], it has not been updated in the app. I reached out to customer care multiple times through chat and provided the PDF statement, leading them to raise request number [redacted]6 handled by Rakesh, an Axis Bank Associate. However, there has been no progress. Today, on April 2, [redacted], I inquired about the status of Ticket [redacted]6, and once again, they requested statement details. I made another payment of Rs 46 today, which is reflecting in the Axis Bank app but has not been updated. It seems there is an issue. I am seeking assistance and resolution for this problem as delayed updates could result in late payments. Please update my payment and help resolve this matter promptly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hold a salary account with Axis Bank at the Malkapur branch in Buldana district. When I opened the account, I was informed that debit, credit, and demat account services would be free of charge for a salary account. Today, on April 4, [redacted], I received an SMS stating that a total of Rs [redacted] (Rs [redacted].98 and Rs [redacted].02) was debited from my account for DP charges related to stock transactions. I did not conduct any stock transactions from this account, so I am confused about why this charge was applied. I have raised this issue at the branch before. If demat accounts are supposed to be free for salary account holders as per the account opening terms, I kindly request Axis Bank to provide a detailed explanation and breakdown of the DP charges. I am requesting a refund for these charges and to cease any such transactions linked to the Axis Direct account. I have also reached out to Axis support with reference number [redacted]54. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I, Ashish Gupta from Hardoi, have been a valued customer at your Hardoi branch since [redacted]. We currently have a loan account with a limit of 2 crore, 3 current accounts, 6 savings accounts, 3 life insurance policies, and a car loan running with your institution. However, we have been facing challenges with receiving adequate support from your branch. I am looking to settle my car loan and have been trying to address the issue of our hotel's faulty swap machine for the past 2 years, but despite multiple discussions with the staff and the branch manager, there has been no response or resolution. Their delayed actions are causing inconvenience. I would appreciate if this matter is looked into; otherwise, I may need to close all my accounts and switch to another bank. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you're having a great day! I am Dinesh Babu from Chennai, and my account number is [redacted]. Yesterday, I made a money transfer to an SBI account using UPI. Although the amount was debited from my account, it was not credited to the SBI account. The UPI transaction showed a failed status, but the money has not been returned to me. I urgently require this amount to make a loan repayment to SBI, and today is the deadline for the payment. I kindly request you to investigate and credit the amount back to my account. Dear Sir, I am disappointed to receive monthly bills for my inactive Axis Bank credit card, despite having blocked it with no transactions made. I was assured no statements would be generated, yet I continue to receive them for the unused card. The credit card details are as follows: 4[redacted] 1[redacted] (Visa Platinum), valid from 06/19 to 06/24. My mobile number is 94[redacted]2. I have closed the linked savings account with Axis Bank well before the pandemic. Please, I urge you to promptly close or cancel my credit card, as I have requested multiple times, even prior to the pandemic, without success. Despite multiple block requests, the card mysteriously gets reinstated without my consent. I seek clarification as to why it keeps getting restored after every block.

I, Chandan Kumar Pandey, am facing issues with the repayment of my credit card ending in [redacted] due to financial constraints. Unfortunately, I have experienced harassment and misconduct from the recovery agent, Easy Deal, assigned to me. The agent, Mr. Milan at [redacted], along with his boss, confronted me at my residence demanding payment aggressively, even resorting to verbal abuse. Despite my complaints to customer care resulting in a temporary halt to their actions, the agency's chief, Nagesh Pawde, and the collection team leader, continue to pressurize me for repayment. They have even made payments on my behalf without my consent, escalating the situation further. I am left with no choice but to seek immediate resolution to this matter before considering legal action against all parties involved in my mistreatment. Thank you.

I recently opened an account at Axis Bank in Ollur Branch, Thrissur, Kerala. During the account opening process, they did not mention that having two accounts with the same phone number was not allowed. They assured me they would open an account with a different number and later change it. Now, they are refusing to activate my ATM card unless I use the mobile banking on the number they specified. My other Axis Bank account is a joint account from my hospital, where I am not the primary account holder. When I requested to change the number on that dormant account, they declined. As a result, my funds are stuck and I can't use the ATM card with my regular number. It's inconvenient as I don't always have the alternate phone with me. Being a senior citizen, this situation is causing me a lot of distress. Please assist me promptly. - Dr. S.

My Axis account balance is -[redacted] for some reason, likely due to my credit card. I need to set up my credit card for EMI payments to repay it and my other installments. If this isn't arranged, I won't be able to pay. Currently, my daughter is hospitalized, so I request additional time. Please rectify the negative balance in my account. Thank you.

I have been experiencing monthly account balance deductions, but I have struggled to reach customer service for assistance. Dear Axis, I recently noticed that an amount of [redacted] plus GST was deducted from my credit card ending in [redacted] on 29/4/[redacted] for the annual fee. On my previous card, there were no yearly charges. I received a call from Axis Bank customer care stating that my card was upgraded to a lifetime free version without any charges. I recently visited Axis Bank in Ballia to withdraw money using a withdrawal form. The branch manager rejected my request, stating that without a cheque or ATM, I could not withdraw the amount. This is concerning as I need the money for a medical issue. I contacted customer care at [redacted] & [redacted] (Pankaj Srivastava), but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and even abusive. I have also reached out to customer support and the nodal officer via email. Thank you.

My account balance keeps getting deducted, and I am being charged for mines. Please deactivate this service on my number. A sum of [redacted] has been deducted from my account. My account number is 92 10[redacted]6. Kindly refund my balance and remove the mines so I can continue using the account smoothly. Otherwise, I will have to close my account, as this has caused me a lot of distress. I do not engage in any transactions, yet I am facing these deductions. Please resolve this issue promptly, or I will have to close my account.

It has been over five days since I applied for a current account, and I haven't received any response from the bank yet. I am in a critical situation as I need to sign an agreement within the next one to two days, and having a current account is necessary for that. Please open my account today or inform me of any account rejection promptly so I can apply elsewhere. I cannot afford to wait any longer. I have already waited for more than five days. I got an Axis Bank credit card in [redacted]-15 with an initial limit of Rs. 20,[redacted]. Unfortunately, I faced financial difficulties and could not pay off the outstanding amount. I settled the dues with the bank and cleared the payment. However, I recently discovered that this card is still showing up on my credit score. I am perplexed by this situation.
