Hello, I received my delivery half an hour late, and unfortunately, more than half of my order was missing. Items such as two cheese salads, two cheese packets, Tahira hot dogs, cold-pressed apple juice, and 2 Elmea creams were not included. The substitutes provided were not wanted, and the chicken substitute was also missing. I mentioned these issues to the driver, Trevor, who suggested contacting customer services. I am extremely disappointed as I needed these items for dinner the next day. It appears there may have been a mix-up with my order. I would appreciate a prompt resolution or a refund, as this has been very inconvenient. Thank you.

This morning, after finishing my night shift, I visited your Enniskillen store for diesel with only 15 miles showing on my tank gauge. I authorized my card, pumped the diesel, but the gauge remained the same. Thinking it might take time, I drove off. After half a mile, I returned as my gauge still showed 10 miles left. A staff member cleaning the pumps rudely dismissed my concern, insisting it didn't happen. Despite offering proof, she kept denying it. I feel upset and frustrated about not receiving the fuel I paid for and being called a liar. I hope Asda can address this issue and restore my trust in your service.

I purchased diesel for £80 at the Asda petrol station in Hulme, Manchester on 14/06/22 at 6:45 am. Despite pumping at nozzle 9, I did not receive a receipt. I have visited the station thrice since 14/6/22 asking for the receipt, speaking with the same Caribbean gentleman around 60 years old. I explained the receipt didn't print due to no paper, but he rudely claimed it would take 3 to 4 hours to print, which is incorrect. He was very angry and almost shouted at me, showing unacceptable behavior. Even after providing the last 4 digits of my card ([redacted]), he was dismissive. His behavior is intolerable, and I still require my receipts. Thank you for addressing this, Abdul.

I would like to address an issue I encountered at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store regarding the customer service for returns. My recent experience involving a box of Twinings teabags, priced at £5.40, was far from satisfactory. The foil package inside had been tampered with, making the product unusable. Despite this obvious issue, the assistant's initial refusal to exchange the item due to it leaving the store was concerning. I found it unreasonable to be expected to leave with a compromised product. Requesting to speak with the manager, Sarah, I was informed she is seldom available, leaving section leaders to deal with customer concerns. This lack of higher management availability seemed to be a common issue, as pointed out by another frustrated customer. On Friday, the 24th at 9 pm, I had a terrible experience trying to collect my George collection at Asda Park Royal. I had selected the store pickup option but was informed 10 minutes prior that my order had been canceled. Although my messages stated I had until the 2nd of July to retrieve my parcel, the staff failed to assist me in locating it, insisting I should have arrived 10 minutes earlier. This lack of communication and unhelpful attitude left me feeling upset and inconvenienced. I am disappointed by the poor customer service I received and will reconsider shopping at George in the future. — Victoria

After receiving my delivery from the driver, I promptly started unpacking the items. Unfortunately, I discovered that a bottle of bleach had leaked and damaged several items in one of the bags. Despite requesting a refund for the ruined items, my claim was canceled. This led to the waste of 11 items and my hard-earned money. The situation worsened as the spillage even ruined my new top while I was unpacking. Due to my disability, returning the contaminated items to the store was not an option. I am deeply disappointed by this experience with Asda and if my issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to reconsider shopping with them in the future.

I went to Asda in Bodmin on the 23rd of June, around lunchtime, to return a man's shirt. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in my size, so I returned it to the excellent customer services team with my receipt. I also bought a pair of sandals and trousers at the customer service desk. As I was leaving with my purchases in a different bag and using a shopping trolley that had my handbag in it, the security guard stopped me. Despite telling him I paid for the items at customer services, he demanded a receipt and checked. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by his accusations of theft, especially since I am known in the community for working as a District Nurse. The security guard, Denver, didn't listen and didn't apologize. Even though the manager eventually apologized and explained the trolley's security feature, I believe more needs to be done to prevent such incidents and improve customer service. The lack of respect and communication skills displayed during the encounter were very upsetting.

While shopping, an incident occurred when I left my car with a toddler and an adult inside. I was shocked to be summoned over the tannoy for allegedly leaving two children in the vehicle unattended. The customer service desk claimed a complaint was filed about the situation. Unfortunately, the encounter was unpleasant as the staff member was abrupt and publicly raised the issue with a security guard. I returned to find no one asleep in the car and realized the adult inside had observed the guard approaching earlier. This was embarrassing and made me feel humiliated, especially considering the misunderstanding. It seems like the security guard may have misjudged the situation, causing unnecessary distress.

I purchased 5 Goodfellow pizzas from The Walsgrave store on 02/07/[redacted]. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the promotional offer on the pizzas hadn't been applied, and I was charged the full price of £2.50 each. Despite my attempts to contact the Coventry store, I was continuously disconnected. When I reached out to the Hinckley store, they mentioned the Ham and Pineapple pizza wasn't part of the promotion, although it was displayed with the others. This issue also occurred on a previous receipt dated 16/06/[redacted], where I was charged full price for 5 pizzas. I feel frustrated about being overcharged, especially since the pizzas continue to be falsely advertised as part of the offer. I've been charged £12.50 twice instead of the correct £5 twice. Hello, on Monday, the 4th, I placed an order on Asda.com with order number: [redacted][redacted]. Upon opening the bag of Asda watercress spinach rocket salad, I found a large piece of blue plastic wrapped around the salad. I have pictures of the contamination and still have the bag. I would like to file a complaint as receiving such an item is unpleasant. There seems to have been an issue in the bagging process that was missed, leading to this oversight. Today, my mother visited the Hatfield branch of Asda around 4 pm. As she was leaving, she encountered a security guard blocking the exit. Despite politely requesting to pass, he rudely refused to move. Struggling to maneuver her trolley due to weakened arm strength from recent cancer treatment, she was met with further disrespect from the guard. After a brief exchange, where she questioned his behavior, he not only refused to provide his name but also made inappropriate remarks. Upon attempting to address the situation with a manager inside the store, she was denied entry by the same guard, who even went as far as taking a photo of her and her vehicle. Following this upsetting encounter, she reported the incident to the Hatfield police station as she is dyslexic, prompting me to share her experience on this forum.

Today, I experienced a distressing incident at one of your Asda stores. While at the self-checkout, I was physically pushed and verbally attacked by an older male customer. Despite my attempts to de-escalate the situation, he made inappropriate and discriminatory comments toward me. This behavior is unacceptable, and I left the store feeling upset. My partner later confronted a staff member who seemed to dismiss the seriousness of the situation, which only added to my distress. As a customer, I should not be subjected to such treatment. I urge for this matter to be addressed promptly.

I placed an order online last Friday, only to find items missing amounting to £46.00 upon checking. We followed the refund instructions but by Tuesday, we had not received any update. I discovered the refund had been declined when I checked my account. My husband contacted customer service, and we were assured the matter would be resolved, and a £5 voucher would be issued along with the full refund. However, we have not received either. This experience has been disappointing, as it feels like our honesty is being doubted. We have been loyal customers and have never hesitated to request small refunds in the past. If the full refund and a more significant gesture than £5 are not processed by 25/07/[redacted], I will escalate this issue further. Regards, Helen McGee

Good afternoon, I recently filed a complaint with reference number [redacted]2. Today, I received a letter from Asda thanking me for bringing an issue to their attention. I am displeased with this response. I purchased an item for my children and the color transferred onto their clothing, causing irreversible damage. I had to return the item along with the damaged clothing to the store. I am requesting, at the very least, a refund for my daughters' clothes. It has been weeks without a resolution to this matter. On July 22, between 7:00 and 7:30 pm, I visited the Asda Bridge of Dee Superstore and used the self-service machine for my purchase. Despite inserting 35 pence coins and 5 pound notes, the screen did not display the amount correctly. After seeking assistance from two staff members who checked the machine several times but couldn't locate my money in the correct path, I felt frustrated by their repeated interrogation about whether I had indeed inserted money. I questioned if the machine was faulty rather than blaming myself. Eventually, after reviewing the security footage, it was revealed that the error was not mine. The staff then changed their attitude, apologized, and refunded my money. I was displeased by the disrespectful treatment and time wastage of approximately 20 minutes. As a result of this incident, I believe an official apology and compensation are warranted to address the loss of dignity and inconvenience experienced.

I scheduled a delivery to 19 Suffolk Avenue, Gillingham ME8 7LA for July 15th. Unfortunately, the package was sent to my old address at 47 Malvern Road ME7 4 BA, despite providing my new address under order reference [redacted][redacted]. The current residents of Malvern Road declined the delivery and returned it. I have contacted your customer service three times but have not received a refund or a replacement delivery. It seems that payment was taken without the goods being delivered. I urge you to review the recorded phone calls to verify my attempts to resolve this issue. I kindly request either a full refund or a rescheduled delivery. Your response is eagerly awaited before I pursue this matter further. Thank you. S.S.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Asda. The driver who came to deliver my order behaved very inappropriately. He asked me to leave my sleeping baby alone in the house to help him carry in the groceries from a busy street. As a single mom, this was unacceptable. When I refused, he said someone would come back later, but that never happened. I paid £[redacted] for my order, and now I have to borrow money from my family because of this mistake. This situation is unacceptable, especially with a young child involved. Delivery drivers should be more considerate and their names should be provided once the order is delivered. I am deeply upset by this experience and it has caused me to no longer want to be a customer of Asda.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the delivery driver today. Upon his arrival, he asked me to leave my young daughter alone in the house to help him with the shopping, which I refused to do. As a single mom, I'm now left without the groceries I paid £[redacted] for, having to rely on family for food. The driver also lied about sending someone back with my order. I believe there should be consequences for his actions and that delivery personnel's names should be included in the order details. I am appalled by his behavior and as a result, Asda has lost me as a customer. I hope to receive compensation for this inconvenience and that appropriate actions are taken regarding this driver.

I attempted to sign up with ASDA Mobile to take advantage of their PAYG offer (4p per minute, etc.). Unfortunately, the first free SIM card got damaged when I tried to insert it into my Motorola mobile phone. I received a replacement SIM, but had to upgrade to a new Android phone due to the damage caused by the first broken SIM. However, despite my PAC number being valid until 22.08.[redacted], ASDA was unable to transfer my old phone number to the new SIM card. I have been in contact with ASDA Mobile customer service multiple times, with each assurance that my SIM would be operational with my old phone number within 24 hours. However, the transfer has not taken place after repeated attempts. I am frustrated by the delay and the inconvenience of having to inform my contacts about a new number. I kindly request a manager to investigate and address these issues promptly to resolve the problems with ASDA Mobile's customer service and misinformation.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a delivery I received at 37 Longford Grove, Greatfield Estate, Hull, Hu94NA. The box arrived torn and damaged, with the contents haphazardly packed inside. The plate set box was open, and the plates were just scattered inside, thankfully still sealed in plastic. As I lifted the box, the bottom nearly fell out, but I caught it in time. With more orders on the way for my daughter, I kindly request that the packing process be more careful to avoid such incidents in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
