I returned the Men’s Argyle Dress Socks, Combed Cotton, Pack of 3 several weeks ago, but Amazon claims they did not receive it and wants to recharge my account for it. However, I have already returned the item and do not have it in my possession. Please do not charge my account again. I ordered a 30,[redacted] BTU propane radiant heater, but it was not what I expected. I returned it for the blue flame model as advised by the heating company. However, the one listed on Amazon did not specify it was for natural gas. Northern Tool confirmed they would accept the return, but Amazon is refusing. I urgently need the heater before the cold weather comes back. On Amazon, all I can find is the 20,[redacted] BTU propane blue heat model. Could you please provide me with the return label? Deborah

I am requesting a refund of $30.45 that was charged to my credit card on 9/27/[redacted]. Upon reviewing my Amazon.com account, I discovered that this charge was incorrect. I ordered two items on Aug 3, one of which was a weguard TV antenna. Upon receiving the first package on Aug 6, it was empty, just an envelope. After contacting customer service, they sent a replacement for the weguard antenna at no cost, and I received an email confirming this. The second package arrived with a 0.00 invoice, and I was later charged $26.86 for the weguard on my bank statement in August, which seemed correct. However, I recently noticed a charge of $30.45 from "amzn mktp" on my October bank statement, initially causing me to suspect fraud. After thorough investigation, I found the payment details and realized this charge was linked to the weguard purchase, hidden in tiny print at the bottom of the invoice.

I purchased the Samsung HW-A450/ZA 2.1ch Soundbar with Dolby Audio ([redacted]) in Black. I am eligible to return or replace it until January 31, [redacted]. The volume control is not functioning properly as pressing the button turns the sound off and on instead of adjusting the volume. This soundbar is a replacement for a previous one that was returned. We are frustrated with the issue as we are unable to manually control the volume due to physical limitations. - Virginia Moore

I was supposed to receive a call back, but have not heard from him since. I initially bought the movie, but received the wrong version. I wanted the director's cut, but received the censored version instead. AJ acknowledge the mistake and removed the incorrect item, but I have not received my refund yet. I would like to report an issue with the Amazon website regarding the user reviews for the product with ASIN: B097TWHBTG, a Hook and Loop Tape Roll with Heavy Duty Adhesive. The reviews on the page seem to be for a different product as users mention "glitter on the front," "nice card and envelope," and "adorable card," which are not relevant to the black hook & loop tape being sold. When sorting the reviews by "user review," this product shows up as having the highest average customer review, but upon reading them, it's clear they are inaccurate for the actual item. Today, I had a scheduled delivery from Amazon between 2:45 and 5:15 p.m. However, when checking the tracking map, it showed the driver had one more stop before coming to my house. I went to the location where the driver was, and I saw him in an Amazon uniform with the van parked on the side of the road with hazard lights on, playing games on his phone. I waited, but then noticed on the tracking map that he had left my neighborhood and was heading away. I am frustrated that the delivery is delayed and that the driver seemed to be wasting time instead of doing his job efficiently. As a Prime member, I expect quick and timely deliveries, so I hope Amazon addresses this employee issue promptly.

I have encountered an ongoing issue of receiving my neighbor's packages mistakenly delivered to my address at [redacted] Rich Hollow Rd, Lancaster Ohio [redacted]. Despite the clear difference in house numbers, such as mine being [redacted] and my neighbor's as [redacted], delivery drivers claim the GPS directs them to my location. This has been a persistent inconvenience, especially given the visibility of my correct house number. I request assistance in correcting the delivery address mix-up to avoid future occurrences. I am trying to contact someone regarding my order number [redacted]. The cleaning product, which I later found out was toxic, leaked and damaged the other two items it was packed with. I had to dispose of all the items and the wet packaging. I initiated a return for the three items, but unfortunately, there is no option for "ruined/unreturnable" items in the return process. It seems I need to return the items, but due to safety concerns, handling them is not recommended. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I recently received an email from Amazon.com stating that my billing address is incorrect. The email mentioned that unless I correct this within 3 days, they will cancel the products I've ordered with delivery expected in 5-6 days. They even asked for my Social Security number, which I did not provide. After that, I received a similar email. Should I be concerned about receiving the products I ordered in the next 5-6 days?

Order # [redacted]-[redacted] According to the Amazon website, my order was delivered yesterday, but I have not received it. I waited to check with my neighbors today, but no one has found it. My porch is not visible from the street, and I have never had any issues with Amazon orders before. My wife received another order with a delivery photo yesterday, but I did not receive anything for this specific order. The item is a book, and I am hoping to receive it as soon as possible.

My language preference keeps switching back to Spanish despite my attempts to set it to English only. I have tried changing it multiple times, but it continues to revert to Spanish. I want English as my primary language, especially since I am currently in Puerto Rico, which is part of the USA. Please change it to English permanently. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider unsubscribing from Amazon Prime and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this issue can be resolved in a timely manner. I placed an order on December 6th and selected the holiday financing with 6 equal payments, as long as the total was over $[redacted]. At checkout, the option went through. Later, when I checked, it prompted a payment revision. After contacting customer service, I was assured it was fixed. However, the order split into 3 parts. The first delivery was only small latches that were not as described. The representative mentioned calling back if issues persisted. Furthermore, my Amazon shopper panel displays a balance of nearly $23, but provides no code for redemption. I would appreciate assistance with these concerns.

In October, I bought a set of [redacted] LED Solar Lights Outdoor. Unfortunately, they were both defective, so I returned them using Hermes on the 19th of October. I have the original return receipt from Hermes as proof of my return. However, on the 8th of December, I was charged £27.95 for allegedly not returning them, even though I contacted Amazon and explained the situation. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with this and urgently require a refund. Could you please assist me with this matter?

I usually rely on the delivery address provided by Amazon for my orders. In the past, I have used my work address for weekday deliveries but encountered issues with delivery times conflicting with my work schedule or, worse, being delivered to the wrong address altogether. To avoid these problems, I have started utilizing lockers for weekday deliveries, even though they often result in a delay of a day or two compared to direct deliveries. For weekend orders, I provide my home address, although the deliveries sometimes arrive earlier or later, almost turning them into weekday deliveries. I would appreciate it if Amazon could maintain consistency with their original delivery schedule. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a pair of gothic rock long arm warmer fingerless gloves on Sunday. I was informed that it would be delivered by Tuesday, December 14th. However, I was not home when it arrived. Today, I received an email from Amazon stating that my order was delivered at 11 am, but I did not hear the doorbell. When I checked my Amazon order, it says it's on hold. I am confused by this situation. Will the delivery be made eventually? If so, when can I expect it to arrive? I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

For the last three days, our orders have consistently been delivered to the wrong house next door. Fortunately, we managed to retrieve them each time. Our house number is clearly displayed on the mailbox post and the front door. The new delivery driver seems to have trouble reading numbers accurately and needs guidance. I recently placed Order # [redacted]-[redacted] and requested labels for returning three items. I mistakenly sent all items back together using two separate labels when I should have mailed them separately to receive credit for all three. Unfortunately, I only received an email indicating credit for two items, leading me to realize my error. I am experiencing issues with UPS delivering packages to my home. It appears there is a new driver who is hesitant about driving down my [redacted]-yard gravel driveway and has left packages by the street or at the wrong house multiple times.
