While traveling in Europe, I tried to make a purchase on Amazon USA but my account got blocked due to suspected hacking. Upon my return to the USA, I was notified about the account block and advised to create a new one. Unfortunately, I had $[redacted] worth of physical gift cards in the blocked account that I need to recover. I've been trying to resolve this for 4 months, contacting them by phone with no success.

I purchased four Bilstein shocks from Amazon. Initially, they sent me three correct ones and one incorrect size. They rectified the mistake by sending me four correct shocks after I returned the first order. I received an email confirming the completion of the return on November 18th. However, on December 8th, I noticed that I was charged $76 for one Bilstein shock. Amazon mistakenly claimed I returned only three shocks instead of four. It's frustrating to be charged for an item I returned, especially when it doesn't even fit my truck.

I have been trying to access my account that has been blocked since the beginning of November. I am reaching out to the BBB because I believe there have been issues with funds on the account. When I call for help, I end up having to explain the situation repeatedly. I have experienced repeated unauthorized double charges on my account for a few months now. Despite canceling my Prime subscription, I continue to be charged varying amounts between $8 and $15 multiple times each month for services I did not sign up for. Even after reaching out to customer support, the list of recent purchases provided did not explain these extra charges as they are not related to any purchases I made. Dealing with this issue for over a year is frustrating and has resulted in significant financial losses. I value my Prime membership and it's disappointing to consider discontinuing it due to these ongoing unauthorized charges.

Two gift card envelopes, each worth several hundred dollars, were delivered and left under my mailbox by the street. One of the packages got soaked because they were not placed in the mailbox as they could have been. I saw a box left the same way a few doors down. If not for me noticing, anyone passing by could have taken them. I believe the temporary delivery individuals might need guidance on where to leave packages. Usually, regular delivery staff would have left them on my front porch by the door, as instructed. The photo evidence clearly shows the envelopes under my mailbox near the street, which is disappointing.

I've been charged a membership fee since August, despite never opening an account. Each month, I've called to dispute the charges and cancel the account, but it hasn't been resolved. After changing my cards and accounts, I've discovered charges in my husband's name. This is my final attempt to address the issue. If this continues, I will seek legal assistance. Please cease the charges and close the account immediately.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Orders for Grace's Thrift Shop have been misplaced at the apartment building once more. I kindly request that items intended for the shop are directly delivered there. The delivery instructions lack the option to specify our shop's operating hours, which are clearly displayed on our door. Our shop is distinct and cannot be mistaken for an apartment. If local Amazon cannot deliver to the shop, please let us know, and we will seek alternative options. We are a charity with volunteers and do not have staff on call for deliveries. My bank flagged two transactions as potential fraud on my credit card. I received a letter from them explaining why they had to cancel my card. They are sending me a new card and pin, which I received yesterday. I've been without access to my money for a week now and eagerly await the arrival of my new card. They assured me I should receive it in a couple of days after the pin. I feel helpless not being able to manage my account during this time. I recently got a Coolfire Super Vibration Wake Up Alarm Sweatband Watch. I am looking for specific instructions on how to turn it off since I can't locate the USB charger for recharging. The battery is about to die, and the manual mentions it won't restart once the battery level reaches zero. I received a bill from my credit card issuer showing a $13.83 Amazon charge. The details include the transaction date, post date, description, and a reference number for Amazon Prime service. I am experiencing issues with two recent orders. One order, placed a few days ago, containing socks vital for my feet, was reported as delivered, but I have not received it. The second order, which arrived today, includes saline crucial for my breathing therapy treatments; however, this delivery was also marked as delivered but is missing. Despite checking thoroughly and being present by the front door at the time of the deliveries, I have not received any notification such as a knock or doorbell ring. These items are essential for my health, and I rely on them consistently.

As an Amazon Prime member, I recently purchased a laptop through Prime but returned it for a refund. Upon receiving the refund, I noticed that $71 was deducted for shipping and restocking fees. I was under the impression that I would receive a full refund as per Amazon's return policy. Although Happy Ranger informed me of their different policy, upon reviewing it, I found they can only charge for shipping, not restocking. Hello, I rented the books "Microbiology: A Systems Approach" and "Invitation to the Life Span" for the fall [redacted] semester. I mailed them back on 11/29/[redacted], and NNORMAN signed for them on 12/02/[redacted] at around 9:39 am as per FedEx tracking. Although I had to purchase a new shipping label due to a blurry one, the textbooks were returned on time. Despite this, my account still shows open rentals past their due date of 12/14/[redacted]. I am concerned as I do not wish to pay for an extension or the books that were returned. I have returned rentals before without issues. Two of my Amazon orders, the Wopulite hand-held vacuum and Babyliss Pro, were marked as delivered by the driver, but I did not receive them. The driver stated they were given to someone, although no name was provided. Despite noting my telephone number and building access instructions on the record for easy delivery, I did not receive the items. I recently purchased what I believed to be Kangoo Jump Boots, but when they arrived, they were labeled T Fal Jump. I then ordered a second pair, specifically Kangoo Jumps 2nd Gen, and they also turned out to be T Fal Jump boots. The first pair came without a proper box, just wrapped in cardboard, and the English translation in the instructions was poor. The second pair remains unopened as it came packaged with the first. I have contacted Kangoo Jumps, who informed me that Amazon should only be selling their brand. They have requested photos of the items I received, which I plan to send. I am looking to return both pairs to Amazon for a refund. The first pair cost $[redacted], while the second pair, also $[redacted], was paid for in three out of four installments. I ordered a 10-inch tablet, a green Minecraft smartwatch, a green Minecraft blanket, and a cute Minecraft plushie doll on December 7th. I also ordered a shirt and a pair of pants. However, I only received the shirt and pants, and the rest of my items seem to be missing from my recent orders. I tried reordering the missing items twice, but when I checked my order history, it doesn't show that I placed those orders. I did receive one of the swords I ordered, but nothing else from my past two orders. Thank you.

They provided a number and an identification number for me to call, but when I tried to resolve the issue, they kept hanging up on me. Amazon seems to be involved in this fraudulent activity, claiming I bought an iPhone at 12 iPhone, which is inaccurate. I urgently need Amazon to address these fraudulent charges on my account.
