Regarding order [redacted][redacted], I received a damaged item from the seller. Despite contacting them, they deny responsibility for the product. I initiated a dispute and provided photos of the item. The seller has been unresponsive since. I intend to cancel this dispute due to changing circumstances. I have relocated for my studies and will no longer be able to receive or use the product. Despite informing the seller, they have not replied. Can I cancel the current dispute and open a new one with these reasons? Your prompt response is appreciated.

I purchased a 10" Android radio from the Wondefoo Official Store on ALIEXPRESS, and unfortunately, it seems to be a scam. The radio is missing Bluetooth, a radio tuner, and the Android firmware seems to be fake. The IGO Navigation was also not included as advertised. The product I bought is supposed to be for a Mercedes B-Class W246 but does not match the specifications. The company is refusing to take the radio back and issue a full refund (€[redacted].14 + customs fees). PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU

The product with serial number [redacted][redacted] has still not been delivered. I received confirmation from the last mile delivery service, indicating that Royal Mail has labeled the item as lost after an investigation. Despite being scanned at the delivery office on August 28th, AliExpress inaccurately marked it as ready for collection. When they searched the local delivery office, they couldn't locate it. I submitted a claim for £5.42, but as AliExpress closed the case, I had to file an appeal. I am attempting to provide additional evidence, but there is no option to upload the confirmation from Royal Mail about the item's status post their investigation.

I encountered an issue with Drillpro Global Store regarding a solar pump I purchased with order ID: [redacted][redacted]. The item arrived in a defective and damaged condition. I notified them on July 14 about the issue but have not received a refund to my account yet. They offered $8 as compensation, suggesting I try another model. I'm sharing the messages I received from Drillpro for reference: "Dear friend, sorry for the inconvenience. You can try using a different model of the pump. If there are any issues, we can refund you $8 as compensation. Thank you for understanding." "I apologize for any inconvenience caused. You have the option to switch to another model of the pump. We will provide a $8 refund for your inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding." I am looking for a resolution to this matter.

I would like to share my recent email exchange with [redacted] regarding an issue with an order I placed on Aliexpress. I bought some hearing aid domes using Paypal but did not receive an order confirmation. I reached out to Alipay support to resolve the matter. Here is my initial email detailing the problem: Subject: Order Confirmation Missing Hello, I placed an order for 10 hearing aid domes on Sept. 21 and paid through Paypal. Although I received a Paypal confirmation immediately, I have not received an order confirmation from Aliexpress even after 2 days. Upon checking my Aliexpress account, the new order is not listed. I suspect a technical glitch. I have attached screenshots for reference. Could you please investigate this issue? I am feeling quite frustrated as I have not received any responses to my inquiries regarding my faulty electric head on the rod vacuum cleaner that I purchased about six months ago. I have been trying to contact the seller for several months now, but unfortunately, they have not been responding to any of my messages. I am sharing with you a detailed message I have sent them, which includes links to videos showcasing the issues with the product. Order Number: [redacted] I am disappointed with the lack of communication from the seller despite my numerous attempts to reach out. I have provided videos illustrating the problems with the brush head attached to the vacuum cleaner. The first video was sent on 23.3.[redacted], highlighting the sound issue, while the second video demonstrates that the brush head is no longer functioning properly. I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, as the vacuum cleaner, which cost €[redacted], has become unusable due to this defect. A replacement head is valued at around €80, and I kindly request either a new head or a refund equivalent to its cost. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with an order from Drillpro Global Store. I purchased a solar pump with order ID: [redacted][redacted], but unfortunately, it arrived damaged and not working. I recently made a purchase from three different stores in a single order. Taking advantage of a new user bonus, I received a -16 PLN discount, and I paid approximately 71 PLN, which is 18 dollars. Now, I am encountering an issue with one of the products in my order that was canceled due to security concerns. The website is displaying that I paid only 0.01$ for the product and the rest was covered by the new user bonus. However, I actually paid for the item myself as only one user bonus can be used, and I selected a 16 PLN discount, not a product for 0.01$. It appears to be a website glitch where the product showed as 0.01$ during checkout but I paid around 3$. I am wondering if I will receive a full refund for this item or just the 0.01$?

After importing some products, I made a test purchase through my website, navigating through Oberlo and AliExpress for the payment to the supplier. Hello, I ordered a P50 512GB gold smartphone from Aliexpress and received it. Unfortunately, I observed that the phone was defective as the SIM card slot was not opening. I sent the defective phone to the address listed on the box in Germany, at 0MBC, Oststraße 9-12, Mettmann, on September 6th to either have it replaced with the same color if possible. However, I have not received any response since then. I would like to have the smartphone back as I paid for it, and it arrived faulty. I sent it to Mettmann for a replacement. It would be appreciated if the seller could look into the status of the smartphone and where it is currently. I did not receive any receipt from the post office. I have recently returned a crumpled and damaged product to the address specified by Aliexpress. Despite speaking with several representatives who assured me they would address the issue, I have not received a refund. To my surprise, I was informed today that the dispute was closed without a refund. I find it frustrating and disappointing, considering the inconvenience and expenses I incurred for returning the item. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any messages as the German telecommunications service seems to be blocking messages from China. I made 3 payments on 08/17/21. I am confused about where my money went, as the seller confirmed payment for 2 items, but 1 item was not paid for at all. I sent the payments through my bank. Please send me evidence via email explaining why the payment was declined. Customer service keeps telling me that the refund should be processed within 3 to 20 business days. However, today is 09/27/21, and there is no update on the refund. My bank assures me that all 3 payments were sent correctly. Please send proof via email to address any payment issues. It has been a month and a half of struggling with customer service without a clear response. Best regards.

I bought hearing aids from Aliexpress with the "Free Return" option, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality. The seller agreed to a dispute, and I tried to print the return label. The process required waiting for an SMS with a barcode, which took four days to receive. After emailing the barcode to [redacted], I still hadn't gotten the return label after three days. Aliexpress suggested going to the post office or UPS to scan the barcode for the return label, but both places found the number invalid. Even though I should have had 15 days to return the item, the dispute only allowed for 8 days. Tomorrow is the deadline, so I'm hoping for advice from others who have dealt with the Free return label problem.

The packages reached my local post office, but I did not collect them due to prohibitively high customs fees. The fees were unexpectedly high compared to what I paid on AliExpress. I was unaware that Austrian customs impose a minimum fee of 5€ on each parcel, regardless of its value. Can you kindly issue a refund for the items from Warm Corner Store and Willas Global Store under order ids [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted], as these parcels were automatically returned to the sender? Additionally, can you provide guidance on avoiding these charges from Austrian customs in the future? I have heard that completing a customs declaration may prevent charges from the national customs authority. How can I ensure this moving forward? Thank you.

It appears that AliExpress is at risk of losing many customers from Turkey. There are several issues that need to be addressed: 1. AliExpress is charging tax on behalf of the Turkish government, but if there are issues with orders, they are not refunding the tax to customers or the government. 2. Turkish customs may hold orders even after the tax is prepaid, making it impossible to track them via AliExpress or the seller. 3. Invoices prepared by sellers often do not show the tax paid, leading to customs clearance problems. 4. AliExpress does not accept disputes for orders held at customs, even though they should refund the money if the order fails customs clearance. 5. A significant order worth around USD [redacted] is currently held by Turkish customs, with no resolution through the dispute process. 6. Numerous complaints can be found on AliExpress's Turkish Facebook page. 7. As a loyal Platinum member shopping for 7-8 years, there is frustration with the lack of resolution. Shopping on AliExpress has stopped due to these issues.
