Yesterday, I received assistance in trying to open a handout PDF in a browser, but my IT department has reviewed all my browser settings and didn't find any issues.
When I attempt to open a handout PDF file in Adobe Connect, clicking "Download Files" opens Excel with a hyperlink that says "Click to Download" and includes a javascript link. This method is insecure and doesn't lead me to view the PDF in a browser window.
Could you please provide specific instructions on how to resolve this so I can view the PDFs directly in a browser in Adobe Connect? I am a regular attendee of webinars hosted by Training Magazine Network (trainingmagnetwork).
