I was given a rate of $**.** per night. I was balancing my account and noticed I was charged $**.** a few nights and $**.** some nights also. I am fine with the $**.** charge. But when I signed the paper it states $**.** rate. I have the dates and amount of overcharge and when it was charged to my credit card. The total overcharge is $***.** for **** to *********. I am disappointed and upset that they never said anything about rate change and feel like somehow they are ripping me off. Please help me with this matter and I appreciate your time in solving this.
