And*-****-******-M**-****-BAL-NEW Mon May ** **:**:** EDT **** from BAL to NEW i wasn't able to make this trip do to unfortunately a friend of mine was shot and is in the hospital and I was not able to make this trip my question is will I be able to receive a refund or reschedule the trip I was told by your customer service that I can't receive a refund or reschedule my trip which is unacceptable please contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter (***)***-**** email.
