I am experiencing an issue with my LG G2 D802 smartphone. It is stuck in a boot loop on the LG logo screen with a flashing cyan and green LED light. My computer can recognize the phone in Download mode and while in the boot loop, but I am unable to access the internal storage. I suspect this is due to storage space running out. I am seeking advice on how to access my phone memory so I can transfer important data. Additionally, I am looking for a way to enter recovery mode to clear the cache. I have attempted the power & volume down as well as power & volume up button combinations without success. Can anyone suggest an alternative method to access recovery mode?
