****, entered fare details for round-trip from Asheville to New Bern, NC, I placed the billing info. in and was directed to a page that stated, "Oops, can't find your order" thus, sending me to the start page for re-entry. On ****, I contacted customer service and was able to finalize trip details and make reservations (using different credit card). In checking my Amex card today, I see that all * attempts were billed to my initial Amex card used, totaling some ***.** In sum, these transactions were never confirmed nor an email sent detailing trip summary (all billing was for ****).
