Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. We reviewed your application and found that your account details match an already approved AdSense account. As per our policies, only one account is allowed, so we cannot proceed with a new application. If you are unable to access your existing AdSense account, please use our login troubleshooter for assistance. For information on managing multiple accounts, please refer to our help article. Apologies for the inconvenience, as it seems you are facing difficulty accessing the settings for both accounts.

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the correct place for assistance, but I need help with my Google+ account. Two weeks ago, I received an email stating that my account was limited for two weeks, with a suspension until January 30, [redacted]. Today marks the end of the two weeks, yet I am still unable to use my Google+ account. I am unsure if the account will be reinstated based on the time it was initially suspended. I am seeking clarification on when my account will be accessible again. Any assistance would be appreciated as I currently have limited access due to the suspension.

I've noticed an unfamiliar device listed on my account labeled as X7. I own an Irulu X1 Tablet, not an X7, suggesting a possible mislabel by Google. Additionally, I'm unable to access my primary Google Account, now replaced by my secondary account due to prolonged login issues. Is there a way to verify my identity and reset the password for my primary account?

I was supposed to receive a 90-day free trial of Google Play Music when I purchased my Nexus 5X from the Google Store online. After not receiving it, I contacted Google's customer service and was told I qualified, but then received an email stating I didn't qualify due to having a recent trial. I explained that the trial was activated as I tried to redeem the 90-day promo. I was later informed that I purchased my phone too late, despite the promo being advertised when I made my purchase. It's been almost a week since I last heard from them, and I am disappointed by this situation, especially coming from a large company like Google.

Please stop the Google+ emails from multiple fake women offering to meet up with no strings attached. I'm feeling overwhelmed by them, and despite my attempts to stop them by closing my email account, they keep coming. If necessary, call me at [redacted]. The email I nearly lost was [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I urge you to address this issue promptly. Thank you in advance.

I recently discovered that a hacker has tampered with various websites, altering my settings and restricting my notification capabilities. This breach extended to my Facebook account, where similar actions were taken. Given that my Google account is interconnected with several other accounts containing sensitive data such as billing and banking details, as well as personal information like social security and home address, I am eager to ascertain the extent of the intrusion. I am requesting information regarding the accessed and modified data, as well as any details that could aid in identifying the perpetrator for potential legal action. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - R. Wade

I've been struggling to access my Gmail account for almost a year now. The only way I could was through my iPhone because I remained signed in. Previously, I linked my Gmail account to my Microsoft account and utilized two-step verification. Despite trying Google's suggestions, nothing has worked. I have a recovery email, but I have attempted to use it around [redacted] times without receiving any emails. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

About a week ago, I realized that my phone no longer displays the names associated with many of my contacts. These are contacts I've had backed up for years, including important ones like my boyfriend and coworkers. I spent over three hours with AT&T support yesterday attempting to sync my contacts via my Google account, but I kept encountering errors. AT&T suggested I reach out to Google, but unfortunately, the Google support page isn't working for me. I'm reaching out here as a last resort for help with this issue.

Hello, I'm Colteur Carter, and I am unable to access my Gmail account, [redacted] A few weeks ago, my Facebook password was continually reset due to potential hacking, pointing to my Gmail account being compromised. After investigating, I discovered my nightmare - my Gmail password no longer works, and the two-step verification phone number has been altered. As I attempted to unlock my phone using my security code and thumbprint, it failed to recognize my thumb. I then tried my secondary security code, which also did not work. After visiting Sprint for assistance, they performed a factory reset, but I am still unable to access my phone. Each time I input my email and password in the verification window, it redirects me back to the same screen. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my email setup. I recently switched to Google as my email provider from Yahoo, but I am experiencing server authentication issues such as 5.5.1 errors. My internet service is through Verizon, and their router settings seem to be causing problems with my Gmail emails being blocked by Yahoo's SMPT server. Here are the services and tools I am using: Mozilla Firefox with Google toolbar, Yahoo as my homepage and email provider, and trying to transition to Gmail. I need clear instructions on how to set up my email correctly to avoid these errors and conflicts. I have a detailed password log for all my applications and services, which is becoming overwhelming. I want to streamline my email experience to send and receive emails smoothly without any issues. I appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.

While browsing on my phone this morning (Friday), I received a pop-up from the Google Reward Centre claiming I was one of the chosen 10 for Google Friday rewards. After answering 3 questions correctly, I was redirected to a page requesting my email and name, only to discover it was for Americans only. It's disappointing that Google would build up my hopes with the pop-up, knowing my location in Nigeria would disqualify me from receiving the gift. This experience feels unfair as Nigerian customers also value Google services. This situation seems more like a scam, in my opinion. Thanks, Google.

Dear Google, Every time I open my browser, I'm greeted with a message stating I'm today's lucky visitor for March. The message prompts me to complete a survey for a chance to win HD Streaming Movies®, but it's asking for credit card information, which I don't have. Can I participate without providing this information? Thank you in advance. Milu A., [redacted]

Our business, Technoflex International, is currently active on various social media platforms using the .../technoflexintl URL suffix. However, on Google+, we are listed under .../technoflexcanada due to an account created by someone else years ago. We wish to transition to a uniform URL as the Canada designation is not applicable and differs from our other social media profiles. Thank you.

I am concerned about the security of my various Google email accounts as they seem to have been compromised. Despite changing passwords and creating new accounts, I continue to notice suspicious activity. Numerous emails from third-party senders display strange formatting changes, such as excessive bullet points, red font, and all caps. Additionally, there are periods where I do not receive any emails, followed by a sudden influx of messages all at once, suggesting potential interception. I am seeking advice on identifying the culprit behind these security breaches and finding effective ways to prevent further unauthorized access.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. My phone, the last device connected to the account, was dropped in the ocean and is now unusable, leading to me being locked out of my email. I have shared this email with contacts I need to reply to, but I cannot remember the password or provide the necessary details Google asks for in their account recovery process, such as account creation date or recent contacts. Since I created the account a long time ago and rarely used it for emailing, I am struggling to provide these details. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account to respond to important messages. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect my Gmail account has been hacked. Earlier, I saw numerous new unread emails in my inbox, but when I checked again, they had vanished. In a panic, I contacted a third-party Gmail tech support service. They remotely accessed my computer, claiming it was infected with viruses and that my account had been compromised. The technician offered to fix it for a steep fee of $[redacted]. I am not tech-savvy and can't afford this. I need urgent help and a second opinion to resolve this troubling situation promptly.

My phone's screen broke when an object was dropped on it. I visited Verizon, and they fixed the phone, but now I'm having trouble with Google. Despite numerous attempts to change my password for my Gmail account, it's not working. When I try changing the password on my home computer, Google claims it's not a secure device. After changing the password, Google confirms the change, yet when I try to log in, it says the password is invalid. I feel like I'm going crazy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Late last week, while checking my emails, my email account (rgazoorian@4gphotography) was disabled due to suspicious activity. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to log back in and despite reaching out to Google, no solution has been found. A person associated with Google sent me a form, which I filled out, but I subsequently received an email stating that they were unable to assist, advising me to contact my system administrator. I work as a photographer from my home office where I have my own computer, making me the system administrator. Although I can navigate computers, I would not consider myself tech-savvy. There is an added complexity with another account linked to the same email address, which I stopped forwarding. However, there seems to be a software issue where emails are still being forwarded to the 4gphotography account, preventing me from accessing them. The company is working on rectifying this problem, but after two days, it remains unresolved. Could you please assist in resolving the issue with my [redacted] account?
